The EKO JetWave JWB-3600 Smart Bidet was easy to install as per instructions and about a month later we can say it has functioned almost as advertised. We have found there is no difference in water pressure between the back wash and the jet wash settings - although we have the back wash pressure set at 4 which gives a very comfortable cleanse. To date we are pleased with this purchase.

Best Bidet EVER!
I bought my first bidet off their site and NEVER looked back! I've never felt cleaner and softer. It is super easy to install+uninstall and move to another toilet/home when needed. The heated seat and water are the best things ever for Canadian winters. I LOVE that there are so many settings for each function. The best upgrade I've made during the pandemic.

The bidet works as advertised. It was easy to install. There is an adapter plate which bolts to the toilet bowls. This is where you adjust to match the holes. Then the bidet seat slides onto that.

I used a variety of bidets when I was in Japan. I know how a good bidet feels like. Based on my experiment, I gave this one 3.5 stars. Unfortunately, there is no half star so I have given it 4 stars. If this was on sale and below CAD$300, I’d recommend you to buy this for hygiene and saving money on toilet paper. Trust me, it is way much cleaner than using toilet paper.
