I got this bidet on sale for $285! It came in a couple days and I opened it to install it. I quickly found out I needed to buy some extra pieces because the piping for my toilet was a bit smaller. 3/8 size. I live in Edmonton if that means anything. (not sure if plumbing is different for different places) Anyways, I had to make a trip to C-Tire and bought a 3/8 t connection and then the reducer for the bidet hose. Hooked it all up and bam! It works good so far. Seat warmer is probably my favorite feature. Another problem I had that was fixed quickly was the mounting screws and parts didnt match my toilet as its a one piece toilet. So I used the old screws from the old seat and cut up the rubber washers to make it work. Otherwise not too hard of an install! Great bidet for the price! I find myself constantly trying to make excuses for this product. Like, I must be doing something wrong! But no, this is just very mediocre. The pressure isn't very high, and the jet function is identical to the normal stream... The entire thing splashes your behind way too much and I find myself using the same amount of toilet paper I'd have used normally just to dry myself off. The pressure isn't very high, and the jet function is identical to the normal stream... The entire thing splashes your behind way too much and I find myself using the same amount of toilet paper I'd have used normally just to dry myself off. This wouldn't be an issue if the dryer was good, but it isn't. It doesn't have the power to blow enough to actually dry, so its really just some hot air blowing at your behind that doesnt have the force needed to dry even in the entire duration of the cycle. It also turns off if you lift your right side off the seat at all, which... your gonna do if your gonna wipe. And you know it does this because EVERY time you lift your right side up it beeps... There is no memory for the nozzle position so this feature kinda stops being very useful. Why does it remember everything but this? The nightlight is white, and wrecks your nightvision, as it reflects off the water directly into your eyes. The seat heating is decent, but its also super obvious where the heating elements are and where they arent. Read Less
