Initially liked the seat, but.... if there are outages, or you unplug the seat...sometimes randomly... features turn on and off. For example, bowl lite stopped working - not sure why. Initially liked the seat, but.... if there are outages, or you unplug the seat...sometimes randomly... features turn on and off. For example, bowl lite stopped working - not sure why. Nowhere on the sellers website is the correct manual for this model - just an older one with few features. I contacted the seller, they said they are the same. They are not. Then the water went cold - rendering the seat unusable. I cannot tell if it is the power save modes (3 lights, no description of what they do) on the seat or on the remote, or if the thing is just burnt out. Recommendation - buy a brand name or Toto or something that is properly supported. I am a software engineer, and this thing is not intuitive or easy to program due to the lack of any kind of supporting user manual. Read Less
