My first bidet experience ever as a complete blind purchase. Noticed it was a Canadian company and has a warranty. Price was reasonable, plus made in Korea which from what I gather is a hub similar to Japan for these things. The light that stays on is a plus for me, adds a nice cool ambiance. My first bidet experience ever as a complete blind purchase. Noticed it was a Canadian company and has a warranty. Price was reasonable, plus made in Korea which from what I gather is a hub similar to Japan for these things. The light that stays on is a plus for me, adds a nice cool ambiance. The bowl also stays a lot cleaner which I wasn't expecting. My only concern is the electricity cost of keeping the seat warm but I know I'll appreciate it come winter. The remote control doesn't always register a click depending on the (presumed infrared) line of sight bouncing the signal around, but rarely needs more than a second press. Also to note that the seat becomes smaller than before, so something to keep in mind. Read Less

Great product that I could have used a year ago after I broke my arm. I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these, I am very happy with it and installation was very easy with one caveat that is related to plumbing and not this seat. After looking around this seat had the features that I was after, heated seat, self heating the water so no cold water or needing a separate hot water hookup and a remote. The seat fits my toilet great, but keep in mind that you will loose a little at the top back of the bowl. Now for the caveat, if, like me, you don't open and close your water shutoff valves on a regular basis I would recommend turning off water supply to the whole house for the 15-30 minutes it will take to install this seat. I was able with some difficulty to turn off the shutoff valve to install this seat but when I went to open the valve again the valve was severely leaking from the valve stem and I had to get a plumber in to replace it. It is great, I am ready if there is a toilet paper shortage as I no longer need it at home. Read Less

Have had this unit for a few days now and while it does include parts for typical toilets, I had to find a workaround for my skirted toilet. The parts that come with it will work if you have an exposed fill valve which not every toilet will have. I spent about $15 to get some additional parts to make it work with mine. Had to tweak the way the water fills the bidet and how it was physically mounted to the toilet. Included screws were a tad too large. So far everything works g... Read More

Have had this unit for a few days now and while it does include parts for typical toilets, I had to find a workaround for my skirted toilet. The parts that come with it will work if you have an exposed fill valve which not every toilet will have. I spent about $15 to get some additional parts to make it work with mine. Had to tweak the way the water fills the bidet and how it was physically mounted to the toilet. Included screws were a tad too large. So far everything works great with the remote control. The unit comes with 3M tape and batteries which helps you get it up and running quick. Only issue that I have is that the same unit sells for $50 CAD less on the vendor’s own site. Shipping included. Installation facile avec une alimentation d'eau standard avec valve d'arret au Canada en moins d'une heure pour une première installation. Fortement recommandé pour les gens ayant des problèmes d'équilibre ,de mobilité ou atteins de maux concernant la partie visée ;ainsi que tous ceux qui apprécient un confort supplémentaire. Initially liked the seat, but.... if there are outages, or you unplug the seat...sometimes randomly... features turn on and off. For example, bowl lite stopped working - not sure why. Nowhere on the sellers website is the correct manual for this model - just an older one with few features. I contacted the seller, they said they are the same. They are not. I cannot tell if it is the power save modes (3 lights, no description of what they do) on the seat or on the remote, or if the thing is just burnt out. Recommendation - buy a brand name or Toto or something that is properly supported. I am a software engineer, and this thing is not intuitive or easy to program due to the lack of any kind of supporting user manual. Read Less
