Hot water.... kinda.
Overall I'm satisfied with it. Saves on TP. Installation wasn't difficult, although I had to drill holes in my bathroom cabinet to route the hot water lines. Hot water option is kinda useless because you still have to wait for the water to warm up unless you have a hot water heater right under your sink. Getting the pressure just right takes some practice, and if you push the lever all the way down its way too strong.

It was easy to install, although could have used better quality parts and been better designed. For a larger person like myself, I often find the controls located to close and or find myself almost sitting on the controls which affects how they operate. Plastic washers during installation were hard to work with and constantly fell out when I was installing fittings because they wouldn't allow me to tighten the fitting properly, so while they don't leak, a couple of my fittings are loosely installed. Overall, these are small gripes, I am really enjoying the Bidet. It works fantastic.
