No hot water - otherwise it would be 5 stars

This has been a life changer! 🤣 My only complaint is that it won’t spray hot water in my toilet across the house from the water heater. Other than the water being freezing cold in the winter it really does work great!

Hot water.... kinda.

Overall I'm satisfied with it. Saves on TP. Installation wasn't difficult, although I had to drill holes in my bathroom cabinet to route the hot water lines. Hot water option is kinda useless because you still have to wait for the water to warm up unless you have a hot water heater right under your sink. Getting the pressure just right takes some practice, and if you push the lever all the way down its way too strong.

Leaks

The hot water hookup is leaking despite following the directions (yes, the rubber washer is in and yes, I used Teflon tape). In the troubleshooting steps, it says if it continues to leak, to contact them. Guess what? I can't find their contact info in the instructions, on the box, through an internet search, nor through Amazon. Sending back.

Entry level is the way to go

First, I am sure I am like a lot of people looking at bidets for the first time. The selection of bidets seems endless. Electric bidets, non-electric whole toilet bidets. To make things worse, almost every bidet had the same rating. Most loved their purchases.
I was ready to pull the trigger on a 400 bidet with electric water heater and blower until I asked myself this. Do I really want one? And do I want to spend 400 bucks on something I know nothing about?...

I was ready to pull the trigger on a 400 bidet with electric water heater and blower until I asked myself this. Do I really want one? And do I want to spend 400 bucks on something I know nothing about?
So instead of giving up, I decided to try a non-electric add on bidet at 50 bucks.
I sprang for the one you tap into your sinks hot water supply line. To offer the user both cold and warm water.
So I found the install simple and direct. I only needed to go to the home improvement store once, to buy a compression ring to replace on my hot water supply line under the sink.
My first time use was "eye opening". The bidet was on target and worked very well.
I ran the hot water in the sink to get the warm water to the bidet. That was great. I later used nothing but the cold. That didn't to seem bother me as much I thought.
I think if you want a bidet, go the way I did. Buy a entry level bidet, try it out and buy up later when you are a bidet expert.
Don't be scared to try.

Mixing valve

This unit is the best thing I have had other ones but this one is like a mixing valve. I have a hot water instant hot hooked in line and it has warm feel like cloud washing my butt but nice warm water. I wonder if I got a white one
Hi, I’m giving the other one to my daughter, but this one is the best thing ever thank you. Keep up the good work.
