Game Changer - We Love It
Removed builder grade commode, which gave me room to place an outlet on the only wall to easily access and place power. Followed the easy Soft Spa installation instructions, double checked connections, turned water back on and was ready ‘to go.’ Pun intended.😊. Time: 2 hours electric :: 1.5 hours new commode and Soft Spa install. Full disclosure :: I am not an electrician or plumber.
Love the bidet
A really excellent unit. Well made, easy to install, simple to operate. Only regret is that I didn’t buy one years ago.
Easy install and amazing clean!
Arrived quick and was an easy install. My wife and I are loving the fully featured seat. What an amazing clean!!
One weakness otherwise great!
Great product as it does function flawlessly with easy to use controls. The mounting hardware isn't very sturdy and we need to be careful with any lateral movement. I'm concerned that the mounting design may fail after months of use. I'm experienced with installing just about any home product no matter how complicated and I followed the instruction plus video to exactness!
Simple to Install and Use. Highly Recommend!
Easy to install. Lots of good features. Remote unit a plus. Highly recommend!
Great replacement
We purchased this to replace another bidet that cracked after only 1 year of use. We did extensive research on all the brands, called and spoke with one of your staff and decided right then to purchase. Item was shipped quickly and our plumber installed it today. He told us that he liked this model, better than our old one and it was simple for him to install.

Better than Toto and Prostock
We have three other bidets in the house - an expensive Toto, a mid-range Prostock, and a cheap Bio-Bidet that can blast a person off the seat. The Fluidmaster is my favorite. It has sensible features - heated water, seat and blower, just-right water pressure that is a bit more forceful than Toto's or Prostock's, easy to use remote, better oscillate feature, and best of all - it was the easiest to install. Kudos to the engineers for including a water supply line that can be looped for a comfortab...

Kudos to the engineers for including a water supply line that can be looped for a comfortable connection to the tank. If you've installed a bidet before, you know the tank attachment shortens the space between the tank and supply connection. The old supply line won't work. The solution is a longer supply line that can be looped for an easy connection - one that Fluidmaster includes in the kit. Good job. We now have four bidets in the house. Fluidmaster is my 'go-to".

The install was easy using
The install was easy using the provided template. The function is surprising. Nice to have all the included hardware including GFCI.
