Great product!
We are totally happy with the bidet toilet seat. So nice to have warm seat, especially in the middle of the night. Love all the functions. The warm water flow is refreshing and leaves us feeling clean and fresh.

Awesome Bidet
We are extremely happy with this bidet seat. We love that it has a cleaner and deodorizer. It has several adjustments for heat and water pressure. The night light is a fun addition.

Better than Toto and Prostock
We have three other bidets in the house - an expensive Toto, a mid-range Prostock, and a cheap Bio-Bidet that can blast a person off the seat. The Fluidmaster is my favorite. It has sensible features - heated water, seat and blower, just-right water pressure that is a bit more forceful than Toto's or Prostock's, easy to use remote, better oscillate feature, and best of all - it was the easiest to install. It has sensible features - heated water, seat and blower, just-right water pressure that is a bit more forceful than Toto's or Prostock's, easy to use remote, better oscillate feature, and best of all - it was the easiest to install. Kudos to the engineers for including a water supply line that can be looped for a comfortable connection to the tank. If you've installed a bidet before, you know the tank attachment shortens the space between the tank and supply connection. The old supply line won't work. The solution is a longer supply line that can be looped for an easy connection - one that Fluidmaster includes in the kit. Good job. We now have four bidets in the house. Fluidmaster is my 'go-to".

here goes. get it? goes. I can't say enough good about the quality and comfort of this product. soft spa was very simple to install. be sure you have an electrical outlet before purchasing. other than that it's a 20 minute install. every last feature works to perfection. now for the wow factor. soft spa cleans incredibly well and the bonus is a little warm water massage. i did the math and it will likely pay for itself in toilet paper savings with a family of 4 in 3 years. that's right, toilet paper is getting darn expensive. now i don't look over after going #2 and there is no tp. who cares. but heck, that's not why i purchased her. it's much much cleaner than toilet paper.

Unit was defective - did
Unit was defective - did not heat water. Reached out to cust service / worked with advisor to no avail. Time was of the essence to me so I asked if another unit be shipped roghty away to which the response was no. I told them to charge me for second unit, mail it to me so I could finish install / job. Upon receiving second paid unit I would send back the initial defective one in same packaging - They said this couldn't be done. I don't know why since I would be paying for both units. Instead I h...

The reply was that unit had to be inspected by manager on Monday 12/16 and upon his approval another unit would be shipped/ In Summation - THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Should've just gone to the big box store and purchased one guessof their brands. Dealing with a name like Fluidmaster I expected better customer service
