This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes.

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. Pros Durable, Easy to Use, Sturdy, High Quality, Easy to Install, Looks Great, Nice Design

This is an electric bidet so you would need an electrical outlet near your toilet to plug it in. Lots of features and like two water sprays, self-cleansing feature after every use. Instant heating for unlimited warm water. Soft night light for use during night time. It's low profile so it doesn't seem bulky or add too much height on your toilet seat. Worth the price.

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use.

We've had this for a month now and it's probably one of the the best purchases we've made for our home! We love it so much that we are buying two more for the other two bathrooms. It's also great that it looks so discreet and modern, not tacky and chunky looking like other bidets in the market. The only downside is there is no hot water option but that's far from a deal breaker. Install was quick and straightforward. As for function, we noticed there has been less toilet paper use for us because it cleans everything right up!

I would like to start by saying that I have never used any kind of bidet before. I was skeptical. In order to use this seat you will need to make sure you have an outlet close enough to your toilet. It has a heated water feature, a heated seat, 2 nozzles for a front and back wash, and even a nightlight! It also has a soft close which is great when you have kids! It removes easily so cleaning it is a breeze! This is next level clean! If you have never used a bidet before or if you are simply on the fence about trying it, take my advice and do it! You won't be sorry and you will never go back!

I installed this in our master bathroom and we have used it for about a month now. Since my wife often uses flushable wipes, I got this in hopes of eliminating (or at least significantly decreasing) such usage since they can cause plumbing issues (i.e. clogs!). This was super easy to install...took less than 20 minutes. This was super easy to install...took less than 20 minutes. It comes with a cord that when plugged in heats the seat and the water, but you can also use it without plugging it in which is what we've been doing since we don't necessarily care about a heated seat and/or water. It has two directions of spray (a slightly forward direction and a rear [no pun intended!] direction). You simply use the dial/switch on the side to turn on the spray (move it forward for the front area and move it backward for the rear). It also has two flow settings (min, max) for each direction...so you can choose to spray a little or a lot depending on the situation. We absolutely LOVE this product!!! I wasn't sure how much I would actually use it when I got it but I think I use it more than my wife at this point! Lol It's just so easy and convenient to use. It's also self cleaning btw so now worries there, and the lids are self closing so no more accidentally "dropping" the toilet seat! I would definitely encourage people to check this product out. It's high quality and works flawlessly...and it will definitely eliminate or at least save on the use of flushable wipes!!! :) Totally worth it. Thinking about actually getting one for my parents since we love it so much.
