I wrote a longer diatribe in another product review about me becoming a "born again believer" in bidets when I had the thought to reduce toilet paper use due to COVID-19 shortages. The short version is that I'm big on good hygiene in general, and I am fiercely passionate about rear-end hygiene, and I LOVE bidet's as a result. What's great about this product is that it fits beautifully on my existing toilets. Installation was SUPER easy and was accomplished literally in 10 minutes flat. It took only a pair of angled pliers and a Phillips screwdriver to install. The fact that this unit has dual nozzles is brilliant. It has one for the rear and one for the front (for women). Now, depending on how your body is shaped, you may find that the nozzle intended for the "front" provides you the best cleansing for your rear. No issue. Either way, between the 2 nozzles, you'll get a good strong cleansing stream to hit pretty much wherever you need it. The control knob that selects between the nozzles is very easy to reach and simple to operate. The whole package looks very attractive and very naturally integrates into any standard 2 piece toilet. The fact that the nozzles automatically retract when the stream shuts off is great. Totally terrific mechanism. Another thing that is worth mentioning is that because this product is so thin, the slight elevation of the rear of the toilet set is totally unnoticeable to me. I absolutely LOVE this product and am now a "bidet for life" person, even after the toilet paper shortages are resolved. The ONLY thing that keeps this product from being a "100%" for me is that I wish the streams were just a tad bit stronger. They are quite robust as is; however, if my ideal stream strength and volume is a "10," I would characterize these streams as a very solid 8. That said, I would definitely buy this product again and have recommended it to family members. Read Less

The seat was incredibly easy to install, I replaced the old one in about 30 minutes. All of the required hardware is included, all you need is a screwdriver and (maybe) an adjustable wrench (don’t overtighten). It is important to note that you do need to have an electrical outlet nearby. I installed a new one a few weeks ago knowing that I was getting this. The seat itself is comfortable, but you do lose some sitting room and the opening is smaller compared to the regular toilet seat it replace... Read More

The seat was incredibly easy to install, I replaced the old one in about 30 minutes. All of the required hardware is included, all you need is a screwdriver and (maybe) an adjustable wrench (don’t overtighten). It is important to note that you do need to have an electrical outlet nearby. I installed a new one a few weeks ago knowing that I was getting this. The seat itself is comfortable, but you do lose some sitting room and the opening is smaller compared to the regular toilet seat it replaced, because the back part of the seat that houses the electronics and such take up some of the space. It is also simple to use, there are two buttons on left that toggle through low, medium and off settings for the heated seat temperature and water temperature. The dial on the right controls the water flow and ‘aim’ (forwards for front, back for rear and center for ‘off’). The flow isn’t overpowering, but enough to get you clean, and the water warms almost instantly. The sprayer itself is contained when not it use and has a self cleaning system, while the exterior doesn’t appear to be any more difficult to clean than any other seat. It also has a light that automatically illuminates for nighttime visits. My only complaint would be that the cord could be a little longer. I was able to reach mine on the opposite side, but an extra foot or two would’ve been nice so I could tuck it away better. In summary, it may seem a little expensive at first, but when you consider what you pay for a night or two at a fancy hotel compared to something like this that will last you for years of use, I think it is totally worth it. It will also save you money on toilet paper (although you’ll still need some to dry off) and have less impact on your pipes and the environment. It will get you cleaner and the seat heater and warm water are an added comfort. Go ahead and get one…your posterior will thank you later.  Read Less

I installed this in our master bathroom and we have used it for about a month now. Since my wife often uses flushable wipes, I got this in hopes of eliminating (or at least significantly decreasing) such usage since they can cause plumbing issues (i.e. clogs!). This was super easy to install...took less than 20 minutes. I installed this in our master bathroom and we have used it for about a month now. Since my wife often uses flushable wipes, I got this in hopes of eliminating (or at least significantly decreasing) such usage since they can cause plumbing issues (i.e. clogs!). This was super easy to install...took less than 20 minutes. It comes with a cord that when plugged in heats the seat and the water, but you can also use it without plugging it in which is what we've been doing since we don't necessarily care about a heated seat and/or water. It has two directions of spray (a slightly forward direction and a rear [no pun intended!] direction). You simply use the dial/switch on the side to turn on the spray (move it forward for the front area and move it backward for the rear). It also has two flow settings (min, max) for each direction...so you can choose to spray a little or a lot depending on the situation. We absolutely LOVE this product!!! I wasn't sure how much I would actually use it when I got it but I think I use it more than my wife at this point! Lol It's just so easy and convenient to use. It's also self cleaning btw so now worries there, and the lids are self closing so no more accidentally "dropping" the toilet seat! I would definitely encourage people to check this product out. It's high quality and works flawlessly...and it will definitely eliminate or at least save on the use of flushable wipes!!! :) Totally worth it. I ordered this shortly before Christmas for my move to a new apartment, and its delivery got caught up in the holiday rush. But eventually it arrived in time for my move. I set aside an evening to install it. It didn't in fact take me too long to install it (about 45 minutes) - though I did have to watch the video instructions on YouTube a couple of times, and I did have a bit of a tussle making sure the various valves were properly tightened. Once installed, it's a wonderful piece of technology. Its thin and sleek design makes it fit snugly beneath your toilet seat with none of the unsightly unevenness of other bidet brands. It contains two cleansing modes - one for feminine hygiene and the other for the rear end. The valve on the T-adapter allows you to turn off the water flow to the bidet - so kids and gremlins can't mess with it. The valve also allows you some control over the pressure of the water that jets into your rear end. For the price - $60 - this is a very good investment in your hygiene. Read Less

I have a 10 year old son who seems incapable of using the toilet without going through half a roll of toilet paper. It's actually, truly absurd. I knew about bidets from my grandparents' house, where my grandfather (a builder) had installed a separate bidet in their bathroom. I next experienced them while traveling in Europe--our rental apartment in Rome had one and its praises were sung by all. At some point, all of this converged in my head and I realized that a bidet could keep me from going into debt buying toilet paper, not to mention save our ancient septic system. I looked online at a bunch and did a bunch of research and ultimately decided on this magical device. It's a little more expensive than some of the others available, but it had a few things going for it: first, the aesthetics; second, the slimmer profile. This little gadget is sleek and my eyes are already skimming past it when I'm in the bathroom. I like the modern look, but it's also extra functional as well--the knob simply twists right for the rear spray and left for the forward spray. This makes operating it without looking a breeze. The slim aspect of the whole thing has another bonus: it doesn't raise the rear of the seat noticeably. The reviews for many other bidet attachments noted that you'd need to prop up the front of the seat, too, lest the toilet seat snap beneath the weight of its users. This one is so low profile that it doesn't cause an issue at all. Installation was easy. I'm a single 36 y/o woman who considers herself reasonably handy and I was able to do it in about 15 minutes with basic tools. My ONE major suggestion for installation is to obtain some thread seal tape from this site or your local hardware store. It's super cheap, easy to use stuff that just wraps around the threads of the bolt or screw and prevents water from leaking out. It's a buck or two at the major stores and well worth the effort you'll save extra-tightening. Overall, I'm thrilled with this purchase. It really does make a difference in terms of how quickly and efficiently things get clean. By things I obviously mean your bum. This one doesn't have hot water capability, but my sink is too far away anyway so I didn't want or need it. The colder water hasn't been an issue at all for us. Finally, I'll say that the kid happily uses it and hasn't filled the toilet to the brim with paper since I've installed it! Ultimately, I thought this one was worth the slightly higher price because of the aesthetics, but I quickly discovered that its actual function and design make it worth it as well. If I'd bought one of the slightly cheaper ones, I'd have been out the difference getting little bumpers for the front of the seat. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended! The only problem with this is once you've used it, going back to a toilet without a bidet is literal torture. I don't know how I survived without one for so many years. We just bought a second one of these for at my in-laws house, after using the first one for 6 months with zero complaints. The only problem with this is once you've used it, going back to a toilet without a bidet is literal torture. I don't know how I survived without one for so many years. We just bought a second one of these for at my in-laws house, after using the first one for 6 months with zero complaints. It was a bit more complicated to install because of the unique plumbing in our toilet, but nothing too bad. The feminine spray nosel would definitely be better with a bidet that could also use warm water, because oh man it's a shock to the sensitive bits. My bum doesn't care though. Also, because the feminine sprayer sprays more forward, if you move at all it has a tendency to shoot right out between your legs or even under the toilet seat. It has the cover thing to hide in, so at least I know I'm spraying my bathroom with clean water. A+. Read Less
