Review Summary (AI summary for DIY Install)
Good Quality
I bought two of these bidets and the quality seems to be very good. Pretty easy to install. Just needed to buy an extra 3/8" t-fitting from Lowe's in order to hook up one of the water lines. The t-fitting for one of the two water lines was included with the bidet kit. The kit came with a much larger t-fitting pipe slitter that wasn't needed in my case since my water lines were all the 3/8" standard size.
Excellent
Easy install
Easy to install, adjustable water pressure, self cleaning
Perfect booty cleaner!
My husband installed the bidet and he came and got me telling me that it didn't work because it wasnt squirting.. I twisted the knob and it shot him right in the crotch! 🤣 perfect aim!!
Happy with purchase!
Easy to install. Did not make toilet seat law weird like some do. Actually is slim. Works great. Directions were a tad vague but that is my only complaint.
It's ok
Don't buy if you don't have your sink next to your toilet.
Just Awesome
I own four of these types of units. This is the first one that has hot and cold. The product is amazing and the installation was so simple because everything was included, Except Teflon tape! I had a leak from the toilet tank to the connector and once I added Teflon tape, it was all just peachy perfect.
Super easy to install and hot water works fast
I bought a Superior Bidet in February 2019, and it has worked totally fine this entire time. But it cracked in the middle in two spots and I knew eventually I'd have to replace it. (Electric tape and glue looked tacky immediately.) The problem was I couldn't find a non-electric bidet option that I liked as much as the one I had and just didn't want to deal with installing a third one. (I had an electric bidet for a short time.) I kept looking at this one over and over again, and it was catching...
(I had an electric bidet for a short time.) I kept looking at this one over and over again, and it was catching my eye. I love the aesthetics. I finally gave it a shot. Not only does it look as cute in person as it does on the computer screen, but the hot water comes out way faster than the one I had for five years. My guess is the position of the hot water tube is underneath the bidet panel instead of on the side. I didn't have to use any of the attachments that came with the package. I just used all of my old stuff, and it took me five minutes to set it up. The one flaw in the bidet is the arrow to move from the feminine area to the rear does not work at all. It's going to come out of the same area no matter what, so women will have to wiggle a little. I was way more interested in the hot water feature working, so this isn't a dealbreaker for me, but that lever is 100% just decoration.
Very good love it
You need a plumber to connect the bidet
Packaging problem or delivery.
I was excited about my bidet but either packaging was bad or the delivery. It was damaged with scratches and a chip on the control panel that was very shape. So, I had to return it. On a lighter note, the instructions was clear so I would able to install on my own.
