Works perfectly. Amazingly simple to install (I did it without any experience with this type of thing). The bamboo knobs are a nice touch and look great. Water pressure is nicely adjustable, and you get used to the cold water really quickly. Overall I am very impressed with my bidet considering the price.

Unit broke after 3 months of use. The water side is fine, but the plastic holding it in place on the toilet broke. Never really happy with it. (I have used and installed 3 other brands of bidets in my hose. This was the ONLY one to break or cause trouble. Going back to my previous brand!)
