I bought this bidet in July 2024 and I’m now ready to leave a review. First of all, before this I had never used a bidet but the way this bidet is designed the learning curve is easy. Because the water pressure is adjustable, you can ease into it without looking like you got splashed at sea world. This model in particular has all the bells and whistles for much less than very popular brands. This is truly a “smart” bidet and won’t start operating if someone just starts pushing buttons (kids) or if you are cleaning it. There are lots of great features but my favorite is the night light, heated seat and adjustable water temp and pressure. This bidet is truly a luxury experience. The directions for installation are clear and easy to follow. It only took about 15 minutes to install. The materials are well made and doesn’t feel cheap while the design is minimal and modern. I will definitely be purchasing a second one for our other bathroom. Read Less

I realized that it was a risk, but I am so glad I took a chance on this company because it's been nothing but great! First, I need to say that I noticed most reviewers had been given the product for free. I want to point out that I did NOT. I am an actual paying customer. I realized that it was a risk, but I am so glad I took a chance on this company because it's been nothing but great! The big feature that is normally only included on $1000+ units is the automatic lid opening when it senses a person get near. The first time we experienced this was in Japan and it feels like such a luxury! We set it to default to lifting the lid up, but leaving the seat down. There is a handy one-button wall remote that you can press to lift/close the seat as well (we installed it above our light switch). But apart from the automatic opening it also has all the other bells and whistles: Seat temperature, water pressure, temperature, and position adjustment, a dryer/fan, even an optional light (we set this to off, but if your bathroom is dark at night it can detect you, open the seat for you, and pop a light on if you'd like!). The only real cons I can think of is that it is made of plastic. Sturdy plastic, but if you're on the heavier side, or have kids/guests that can't be trusted not to jump up and down on it, I might think twice. Not an issue for us though as it's in our master bathroom. Also keep in mind that you will need to plug it in (as is the case for other bidets with these features) so be sure you have an outlet in your bathroom nearby (we actually didn't so I installed one by piggy-backing off the lightswitch power. If you don't have experience doing this, you can have an electrician do this for you. Don't go electrocuting yourself!) Other than that, installation was pretty easy, the water taps into the existing water plumbing set up for your toilet already and comes with an adapter to do so. Overall very happy with this purchase. The price was too good to pass up even though I was hesitant on the few reviews. I like it so much, it got me to give my first ever review here on Amazon! I have not installed this yet, as I need to deal with whole house hard water issues first and then I plan to purchase an elongated toilet for my main bathroom. I have not installed this yet, as I need to deal with whole house hard water issues first and then I plan to purchase an elongated toilet for my main bathroom. (My toilet really needs to be replaced sooner than later, but I want to address the hard water first.) So far, I am very impressed with the quality build and number of excellent features offered on this bidet, especially for the price it is selling at: Remote/kick button for cover/seat auto-open and close, adjustable heated water with a stream designed to be shot at the perfect angle to avoid forward splashing, seat warmer, cleaning rod, plus pressure and position adjustments. And they are even including an extension cord. This is going to be a great addition to my main bathroom once I have an elongated toilet installed. I will be sure to update my post with my experience once I have installed and used it for a bit. NOTE: Though I received this product for free on the Vine program, that has in no way influenced my opinion or views of this product. From my initial inspection and testing of the electrical components, I would personally purchase this product and would also recommend it. UPDATE: I finally got a new elongated dual flush toilet for my main bathroom and installed this immediately. It is very easy to change the setting with a beep notification to alert you to which setting it is on. I am truly amazed at how well this bidet functions and am loving everything about it. Does an excellent cleaning with three pressure options, heats the water to the perfect temperature (only need level 1 of three), and is so comfy to sit on with the heated seat feature (only use it on level 1 of three). The air dryer works very well, too. (Only need it on the first setting of three as well.) I only have one slightly negative comment, which is more about a personal preference. Since it detects when you stand up after use for a timer to start up for the auto closing of the lid, I would prefer using the remote to have it close the lid instead of waiting for the unit to close on its own after a few minutes (I prefer to have the lid closed before flushing); when the seat is still down, even after getting off the seat, pressing the button will still lift the seat. The seat and lid will lower with another single click once the seat is lifted. To work around that, I instead just manually push the lid 1/3 of the way, and then the motor takes over from there.
