This is an amazing product. The bidet works amazing!! It was very very easy to install as well. This product is a MUST HAVE. It’s really worth the money for the product. The money is also really reasonable and worth it. The bidet is easy to install, easy to use, does the job and just perfect for every home to have. This is an essential product. Love it!

I received this bidet a few months ago and was skeptical of installing and using. It took longer than we anticipated to install it due to the fact our house is old and we had to do some work to install an outlet for the bidet. It took some getting used to but, the entire family likes it. I don’t buy hardly any toilet paper (visitors not quite used it ) and that has saved us a lot of money. 

Easy to install, no leaks. The price is good and overall, I would say it is definitely worth it. My wife likes it.

I've never used a bidet before but heard a lot of good and bad things about it. I'm really happy with this model. I don't mind the cold water one bit, it's a very good way to wake up in the morning. I feel much cleaner every time I use the bidet. Its much better and more efficient than just toilet paper. It took me 10 minutes to install it and a few days to get used to the angle of water. 10 stars and a perfect gift for anyone moving into a new home. 

This is without a doubt the best thing i added to my bathroom. Love the heated seat option and the overall fresh feeling everytime I use it. Was super easy to install. Overall love it. 

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes. 

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use. 

Fast and easy set up. Directions were easy to follow. Works very well. Very satisfied with the product.

Everything I wanted in a bidet without having to totally remodel my small bathroom. Customer service readily available for any questions.
