The seat was incredibly easy to install, I replaced the old one in about 30 minutes. The seat was incredibly easy to install, I replaced the old one in about 30 minutes. All of the required hardware is included, all you need is a screwdriver and (maybe) an adjustable wrench (don’t overtighten). It is important to note that you do need to have an electrical outlet nearby. I installed a new one a few weeks ago knowing that I was getting this. The seat itself is comfortable, but you do lose some sitting room and the opening is smaller compared to the regular toilet seat it replaced, because the back part of the seat that houses the electronics and such take up some of the space. It is also simple to use, there are two buttons on left that toggle through low, medium and off settings for the heated seat temperature and water temperature. The dial on the right controls the water flow and ‘aim’ (forwards for front, back for rear and center for ‘off’). The flow isn’t overpowering, but enough to get you clean, and the water warms almost instantly. The sprayer itself is contained when not it use and has a self cleaning system, while the exterior doesn’t appear to be any more difficult to clean than any other seat. It also has a light that automatically illuminates for nighttime visits. My only complaint would be that the cord could be a little longer. I was able to reach mine on the opposite side, but an extra foot or two would’ve been nice so I could tuck it away better. In summary, it may seem a little expensive at first, but when you consider what you pay for a night or two at a fancy hotel compared to something like this that will last you for years of use, I think it is totally worth it. It will also save you money on toilet paper (although you’ll still need some to dry off) and have less impact on your pipes and the environment. It will get you cleaner and the seat heater and warm water are an added comfort. Go ahead and get one…your posterior will thank you later.  Read Less

Since my wife often uses flushable wipes, I got this in hopes of eliminating (or at least significantly decreasing) such usage since they can cause plumbing issues (i.e. clogs!). I installed this in our master bathroom and we have used it for about a month now. Since my wife often uses flushable wipes, I got this in hopes of eliminating (or at least significantly decreasing) such usage since they can cause plumbing issues (i.e. clogs!). This was super easy to install...took less than 20 minutes. It comes with a cord that when plugged in heats the seat and the water, but you can also use it without plugging it in which is what we've been doing since we don't necessarily care about a heated seat and/or water. It has two directions of spray (a slightly forward direction and a rear [no pun intended!] direction). You simply use the dial/switch on the side to turn on the spray (move it forward for the front area and move it backward for the rear). It also has two flow settings (min, max) for each direction...so you can choose to spray a little or a lot depending on the situation. We absolutely LOVE this product!!! I wasn't sure how much I would actually use it when I got it but I think I use it more than my wife at this point! Lol It's just so easy and convenient to use. It's also self cleaning btw so now worries there, and the lids are self closing so no more accidentally "dropping" the toilet seat! I would definitely encourage people to check this product out. It's high quality and works flawlessly...and it will definitely eliminate or at least save on the use of flushable wipes!!! :) Totally worth it. I simply love my new Butt Buddy Suite smart bidet seat. This is my second bidet from the Butt Buddy brand, but this is my first full smart electric bidet. The first Butt Buddy bidet I purchased is great but more basic. The Suite model is a full toilet seat with lid that comes with a bunch of other cool amazing features. I simply love my new Butt Buddy Suite smart bidet seat. This is my second bidet from the Butt Buddy brand, but this is my first full smart electric bidet. The first Butt Buddy bidet I purchased is great but more basic. The Suite model is a full toilet seat with lid that comes with a bunch of other cool amazing features. The knob and buttons for the water pressure, air dryer and temperature controls are very discreet and small. I don’t need to worry about them being in the way to potentially be hit or damaged. I love the that you have the ability to warm your toilet seat, water and air dryer. The warming feature comes in real handy during the colder winters times. There is the ability to change the water pressure from low to high as well as massaging if you'd like which is nice. It also comes with an LED toilet light that can help you locate your toilet in the dark which is neat. No more blinding full bathroom lights in the middle of the night! The Butt Buddy Suite bidet works great with no issues when not plugged into a power outlet, but the warming temperature controls and LED light features require it to be plugged into a grounded power outlet to work. One thing I didn’t know at first that I found out after using it a few times (and after reading the user manual) is that when you first turn on the spray to begin cleaning yourself you need to let the water run for a few seconds so it can filter the water as well as clean the nozzle before it will actually start spraying. You also need to be seated or else it will not spray which is a cool feature. We need to change the narrative about bidets, because everyone should experience a clean hiney after using the toilet. Especially us Americans. We're a bit late to the game, but its never too late! Every home and business should have a bidet installed in my opinion. Read Less

Having been a toilet paper user for 49 years (minus the 2 'wipes' years as a baby) this is a welcome change. I've only had it since last night but (butt) I can see this being a game changer. While this may not completely eliminate the need for toilet paper it's certainly going to decrease the amount used. In this day and time where TP is hoarded this will be incredibly helpful. Having been a toilet paper user for 49 years (minus the 2 'wipes' years as a baby) this is a welcome change. I've only had it since last night but (butt) I can see this being a game changer. While this may not completely eliminate the need for toilet paper it's certainly going to decrease the amount used. In this day and time where TP is hoarded this will be incredibly helpful. It'll take time to get used to a cool blast of water aimed at your rectum/anus? I don't which one it is. The strength of the spray is adjustable as you turn the dial. That's important since at full power you're going to be feeling this all the way into your colon. Next, it actually feels good and I mean in a sort of satisfying way. I've never had a rectal exam at a urologist office that warranted me to welcome the experience. Right now I'm looking forward to my next poop. As I said, the spray can be really strong which actually creates a bit of a splash or "dew" that settles right behind me on the top surface of the toilet seat. I supposed if I rode it back far enough that wouldn't likely happen. I just placed a hand towel on the top of the toilet water basin and intend to do a quick wipe after each visit to the toilet. Will likely change that out every few days. I wouldn't consider this a hygiene issue since the typical use of no cleaning between toilet visits is certainly not a better alternative and I'd be shocked if anyone "cleans" the toilet seat after each use. Being a man I have no need to clean my front so I have no personal experience with that function. All I know is when you aim for the front (turn dial left instead of right) you can tell that the angle of the spray adjusts in that direction. My wife said when she tried it last night it wasn't really aimed in the right direction. I told her to try adjusting her seated position and she said it worked well. I guess she's been sitting incorrectly on the toilet for 49 years. In conclusion this seems to be great product and I'm going to order two more for the other bathrooms in the house. Read Less
