As arrived, bidet and accessories arrived in a non-descriptive brown box Out of the box, the seat and sprayer are one unit with mounting accessories and hoses included in a interior box Install and setup were very easy with all included parts needed Operation comes down to a turn forward or backwards – one for male rear, other for female front Overall, its like being sprayed by a light hose with the water being whatever temperature comes through the line. For me, it’s a basement bathroom which tends to mean a chilly wakeup call when used.
