[Incentivized Review] Great Product - Easy installation!

I was looking for a product that would help me reduce waste. This bidet seat was very easy to install. The heater is a nice touch as is the soft close!

The nozzle angle is bad. Unless I seat on the edge of the seat it does not hit the right area! There are better bidets with more functions such as heated seat, self-cleaning, remote control etc., at a lower price than $330 I paid for this. Unfortunately, I needed beige/biscuit color to match the toilet and there was hardly anything to choose from.

Excellent! I did have to call an electrician to add a GFI receptacle. So worth it!

[Incentivized Review] Best Bidet I ever used
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
I have two Bidets at home and this unit is far better than others.
To start with, it is very easy to install.
All the parts are included and you just need to assemble it.
Heater works great during the winter, I just cannot imagine without this function during cold days.
UV-Sanitizing is also a great function or I should say it is a must have function for all Bidets.
This will keep Bidet clean.
Slow close cover is also make this bidet great.
For the functionality, you can control all the details you need.
Water flow is great but not to strong. (this is important for me since I had one bidet with too strong water stream)
Overall, I have nothing to complain about this bidet. This is such a well made luxury bidet.

Disappointed – No Heated Seat!
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
I bought this electric bidet toilet seat expecting a comfortable and modern upgrade, but I was extremely disappointed to find out that it does not have a heated seat. For an electric model at this price, I assumed this would be a basic feature, especially during colder months. Sitting on a cold seat defeats the purpose of having an “upgraded” toilet experience.
The other functions work fine, but the lack of a temperature-controlled seat is a dealbreaker for me. If you live in a colder climate or value comfort, I would suggest looking for a model that includes this essential feature. Definitely not worth the price without it

The instructions were well written and easy to follow. The install didn't take as much time as I had anticipated. This product works as described. Wife and I have enjoyed using this, although I would have to admit that it took a little getting use to. This is our first heated bidet.

Great value for the price - No frills

Good no frills seat. Great value for the price. At this price point, there is no seat warmer, air dryer, or light. But I like how the control panel doesn't move with the seat up and down, less movement, better reliability. I bought 3, one didn't function, Kohler Customer Care replaced it for free, they are the industry leader in customer service.

[Incentivized Review] Great for the Cost and Savings

At the start of the pandemic, we were mid-redesign of our master bathroom and decided to put a Kohler bidet toilet so we didn't have to fight for TP. We love that so much that we decided to look for a less expensive option for the guest bathroom. Although this seat did slightly "shrink" the overall size of my elongated opening, I loved how easy it was to install this bidet. My favorite feature has to be that I can sanitize it with UV light. Warm water and a warm behind on a cold winter night is something everyone has loved so far. Just a heads up, it does need to be connected to power. We had a new outlet installed behind the toilet so we didn't have to run cords and have lines running across the bathroom. If you don't have an outlet close by, this is something you should definitely consider. We love the addition and the guests love it to.

[Incentivized Review] Constant hot water - never runs out
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
We have 3 electric bidets, so I am very familiar with installing them. What I love about this model is that it has all the plumbing connections needed to install without the need for a plumber. The water supply simply connects in line with the existing supply line, making hooking up the water a real breeze.

The water supply simply connects in line with the existing supply line, making hooking up the water a real breeze.
There is one glaring omission from this bidet, and that is it does not have a heated seat. This is the first bidet we have owned that did not have this feature. Some of the higher end seats also have a fan that extracts unwanted smells through a carbon filter when seated, this bidet does not.
The biggest attraction to this bidet is that it includes a constant flow of hot water. Some bidets have a holding tank that keeps the hot water inside the bidet. The problem with that is you can run out of hot water, and of course it is keeping the water warm 24/7/365 which burns electricity. This seat solves both those problems.
A stainless steel wand with automatic UV-light self-sanitization comes as standard (the bidet does a self clean every 24 hours). You can manually clean the wand by activating a cleaning cycle without sitting on the seat - in which case the wand extends but does not spray water.
As with all bidets, there is the option of front or rear wash modes.
You can adjust the water temperature and water pressure for your personal preference (low, medium or high).
This seat is very simple to install. You'll need a GFCI outlet close by, but once you have that installing the bidet itself takes less than 5 minutes.
