Very expensive and just okay...
Very expensive and just okay. There is no air dryer or heated seat or remote control. There are many other brands out there with all the bells and whistles that are far better for the same price.

Design-wise, looks great. The way the seat acts as a switch when you sit on it is smart but throws off the feel when you sit. Wish it had a heated seat too.

Disappointed – No Heated Seat!
I bought this electric bidet toilet seat expecting a comfortable and modern upgrade, but I was extremely disappointed to find out that it does not have a heated seat. For an electric model at this price, I assumed this would be a basic feature, especially during colder months. Sitting on a cold seat defeats the purpose of having an “upgraded” toilet experience. The other functions work fine, but the lack of a temperature-controlled seat is a dealbreaker for me. If you live in a colder climate or value comfort, I would suggest looking for a model that includes this essential feature. Definitely not worth the price without it

The nozzle angle is bad. Unless I seat on the edge of the seat it does not hit the right area! There are better bidets with more functions such as heated seat, self-cleaning, remote control etc., at a lower price than $330 I paid for this. Unfortunately, I needed beige/biscuit color to match the toilet and there was hardly anything to choose from.

At the start of the pandemic, we were mid-redesign of our master bathroom and decided to put a Kohler bidet toilet so we didn't have to fight for TP. We love that so much that we decided to look for a less expensive option for the guest bathroom. Although this seat did slightly "shrink" the overall size of my elongated opening, I loved how easy it was to install this bidet. My favorite feature has to be that I can sanitize it with UV light. We had a new outlet installed behind the toilet so we didn't have to run cords and have lines running across the bathroom. If you don't have an outlet close by, this is something you should definitely consider. We love the addition and the guests love it to.

Great value for the price - No frills
Good no frills seat. Great value for the price. At this price point, there is no seat warmer, air dryer, or light. But I like how the control panel doesn't move with the seat up and down, less movement, better reliability. I bought 3, one didn't function, Kohler Customer Care replaced it for free, they are the industry leader in customer service.
