What a great product ! We have had the KOHLER C3 155 Electric Bidet Seat for about two months now and we love it. After installing an adjacent GFI plug, the package comes with all new flexible white piping and fittings to connect to a toilet. It has many unexpected features: The seat is automatically kept warm or cool as needed. It's washing and drying functions will only operate when you're sitting on. With the press of a button, a nozzle automatically adjusts as needed to your front and rear. The water is automatically heated or cooled as needed. The stainless steel washing nozzle automatically adjusts to spray or pulsing as desired. When a cycle is completed, the nozzle retracts & automatically cleans itself. When washing is completed, a dryer blows cool or warm air as desired. Toilet paper is no longer needed . When you leave the toilet seat, an automatic deodorizer filters the surroundings. It has a built in blue light that kills bacteria. It turns on automatically when you turn the bathroom lights off. It doubles as a great night lite. This is an amazing device that has great function and versatility. As I age, personal hygiene can take longer and become more difficult. This bidet toilet seat provides options for personal cleanliness as well as help keeping the toilet more hygienic. It senses your presence when you sit on it and begins to heat the seat and water to provide a light, pleasant stream, either to the front or backside. After you feel clean there is a button to gently dry the area. All this is amazing, but waits there is more.....a UV light that kills bacteria, and a nightlight that make those late night strolls a bit safer. I am pleased, very pleased and feel it was worth installing a GFCI wall plug nearby. However, I do wish that it came with a remote or wall touchpad. It can be difficult to hit the correct button while seated at night without my glasses! There are other models with remote controls with the same features but at a higher price point. So, I created a cheat-sheet and taped to the wall until I get use to the feel of where the buttons are located. This is a high quality, well designed electric bidet toilet seat.  Read Less

I've installed many bidet seats for clients and the universal reaction is "why did I wait so long?" The Kohler C3 155 seat is a full featured bidet seat that is a great value for the price. It installs easily with clear instructions on how to hook up to your existing water supply. You will need a power outlet close to the toilet. While a bidet seat can be a little intimidating at first you quickly learn to use all the features and how to customize it to your needs. The seat does not function unless you are actually sitting on it so that's the best way to learn. This seat has both front and rear sprays that can be adjusted to your needs. All adjustments are made on a keypad on the right side of the seat and you will quickly learn to adjust by feel with a little practice. Many seats offer a remote but personally I don't see the necessity. You can adjust up to 6 levels of heat on the seat surface and the water temperature, and the blow dryer feature is strong and effective. I thought the deodorizer feature was probably a marketing ploy but it actually works noticeably well. There is also a built in blue light for finding the toilet in the dark which gives it a high tech glow and feel. Once you get past being intimidated by a smart seat you really will enjoy the features and wonder how you ever relied on paper before. These are also great for homes on septic systems because not flushing paper is a big load off your system.  Read Less

We got this to replace an American Standard bidet seat that eventually worked itself loose from our Kohler toilet. It was no longer possible to tighten that seat, so we decided to get one that exactly fit our Kohler. What I Like: — It fit absolutely perfectly on my elongated bowl Archer toilet and installed quickly and easily. (We don't do plumbing stuff well, but this was very easy.) — This seat has a low profile which looks so much better than the older model, high in the back, seats of every brand. — The seat is quite comfortable. — The controls are what I was used to (front, back, wand length adjustment, pulse massage, deodorizing fan, heated seat, adjustments for temp and strength of water stream) and are fairly standard on these seats at this point. — The heated seat. This is pretty much the height of civilization, imo. Life doesn't get much better than this! If you live where it gets cold in the winter or even just at night, I cannot emphasize how fantastic this feature is. I like all of the features of this seat, but the heat is easily my favorite. I had it on my previous seat as well and I've been spoiled by it. If I have to sit on a cold seat on a cold morning, it is a most unpleasant shock. The heat can be adjusted or completely turned off. — The UV sanitization feature. This goes on automatically, although getting it to go on only when you want it to, rather than constantly, was more difficult than it should have been. — The drying fan. I did not have this on my previous seat and it's a nice feature - cool, warm and hot. — The seat slips on and off its mooring very easily. This is a very important feature for being able to clean all around the seat. — The night light. My husband likes this feature more than I do. The two lights that make the nice blue glow at night, shine right into the water and are pretty bright when you open the toilet lid. I've learned to look away when opening the lid because the light is bright enough to wake me up more than I want in the middle of the night. There is no dimmer for the night light. It is either On or Off. But my husband is happy that he no longer had to turn a light on in the bathroom. What I Don't Like: — The placement of the controls. When you are sitting, the controls are at about 5:00 (if looking down). That means that you have to twist a bit to see the controls. My husband says he can feel which buttons to push now and no longer has to twist around, but I am still twisting. Not as much, but enough to bug me. My other seat had a remote control, and I should have gotten the Kohler seat that that had it, but the price difference was kind of ridiculous just for a remote. Bottom line: Overall, I like this seat very much. It fits perfectly, does everything it's supposed to do and is easy to clean, which is obviously important. There was a time that Bidet was bulky, I still have one of these bulky one, and had some concerns about cleaness of the machine. There was a time that Bidet was bulky, I still have one of these bulky one, and had some concerns about cleaness of the machine. However, time has been passed and now we have such a fancy and must have bidet. C3 155 is certainly one of that. This provides a heated water, not hot but warm enough to make you feel better, heated seat, personally this is the best part for me espcially during the winter, LED lightning during the night hours, UV self-sanitization, which is one of the most important function, comfortable seat, adjustable water temperature, oscillation, position, and warm air drying function. This unit has everything that you ever wanted in Bidet. It is easy to install, unless you have really really old plumbing, so you don't have a hook up, which was my case, but plumber added a hook up in 15 mintues. This can literally change your quality of life. :) Whole installation did not take more than 30 minutes.  Read Less
