Should have done this sooner!
As so many others have said, "how did we live without this?" With a little guidance on making sure we were ordering the correct model, and a bit of help from your staff (answering my somewhat dumb questions), the bidet seat was easy to order, arrived within days with everything we needed to install it (the on-line videos helped make the instructions even easier to follow). After a few days learning the options, we are very comfortable with our new bidet seat.

great build and works wonderfully
I had been looking for the roght seat for a while and debated between this one from Kohler and a few other Kohler products. This one at the time had the best value for me in terms of features, price, and positive reviews. Plus, this came with all the necessary accessories to have it installed, including mounting brackets, bolts, hoses, and t-valve. Plus, I was glad there is a good range of adjustability for the seat to move forward, back, and side to side.

Happy with purchase. The only issue that I have is it is hard to see all the cleaning options on the control arm.It would help if control arm was 2-3 inches further up from the bidet seat

Great working bidet seat! It was easy to install (but I had to add the electric outlet by the toilet). The heated toilet seat is a great feature to have, and the control buttons work great & you can adjust the water temperature of the spray functions as well as adjust the spray. The unit needs to be installed with the water on before it will operate.

I’ve been using for a while now and love it. My toilet paper use is almost non existent. Only use it for random spot checks. The night light is great. Heated seat and water is great, both adjustable. Water pressure is adjustable. The dryer fan has adjustable heat as well. I feel like I am using an outhouse when I use a public restroom anymore. This will pay for itself in no time and now my septic tank can get a break from all the toilet paper.

I have been wanting one of these for years and finally got it! The warm seat can be adjusted to a perfect temp. The bidet function is awesome with heated water (temp can also be adjusted) and different spray options with different water pressure settings. I also like that it cleans the wand with a UV light every night. Every post-partum mother should have this small luxury in their life!!!

This bidet is Great!
In Europe, bidets are more common than here in the USA. A friend had a KOHLER 8298-0 PureWash E590 Elongated Bidet Toilet Seat, Heated Bidet, Bidets for Existing Toilet and she let me try it. I was SOLD. The controls are adjustable, from pressure to heat with a sanitizing fan and night light. What more could you want? Water does spray out so you must wipe that down on the back of the seat. Not a problem for me.

Basically, I knew I wanted an electric toilet seat with a bidet with a seat heater, electric deodorizer, and with warm water. I also knew I did NOT want a toilet seat with a remote controller (seriously, why do you need a remote to control something you are literally sitting on?). I found this bidet to be fairly easy to install. I have almost zero plumbing experience, so I was thankful for that. The seat controls are VERY easy to figure out. Everything is pretty self-explanatory. The deodorizer is...ok. It's not the greatest, but it's WAY better than a bidet that doesn't come with one. I love that the toilet seat has an automatic light that turns on at night. I like that it is self-cleaning. I love that the seat is always warm. *One thing to note is that the bidet does not have a connection to your hot water source.* This was actually a POSITIVE selling point for me, because I didn't want to have to drill a hole in my cabinet to get to the sink connections. This means, however, that even if you set the bidet water to the warmest setting, is not going to be warm right away. It does warm up very quickly (I'm talking seconds), though, and I have had no issues with it. The electrical cord doesn't reach too far. My bathroom outlet is right next to the toilet, but it is on TOP of the counter, not below it (I feel like this is how most bathrooms are). So I was disappointed that the cord does not reach that far, however, I got an inexpensive 3-pronged extension cord and that solved the problem. Ultimately, I've had this toilet seat / bidet for about 3 months now and I still love it. Guests love it too! For what fancy bidets are going for these days, I think this is absolutely worth it.

Didn’t know how much I needed this!
Decided to buy a bidet seat instead of installing a full bidet during remodel. Wonderful choice. You *do* need an electric hookup for power but routing water lines was a breeze. It is adjustable right down to the heat settings for the seat and water temps. I figure if something breaks I won’t be out so much $$ and have trouble replacing it. (It wasn’t so difficult to get an outlet installed close to the toilet - you need one if you install the full toilet/bidet anyway) Give it a try - you won’t be sorry. Wish I had one for the past 30+ years! Life changing
