This is our first bidet toilet seat, and it is impressive. Installation was very simple. We did need to have an electrical outlet installed near the toilet so that is an extra cost. The product itself is simple to install and use. Very impressed by the features and functionality. This fit perfectly on an American Standard elongated toilet. Cannot beat the Kohler quality. WIll probably buy another one for our second bathroom.

Easy to install, works great. 

I had been looking for the roght seat for a while and debated between this one from Kohler and a few other Kohler products. This one at the time had the best value for me in terms of features, price, and positive reviews. Plus, this came with all the necessary accessories to have it installed, including mounting brackets, bolts, hoses, and t-valve. Plus, I was glad there is a good range of adjustability for the seat to move forward, back, and side to side. 

As so many others have said, "how did we live without this?" With a little guidance on making sure we were ordering the correct model, and a bit of help from your staff (answering my somewhat dumb questions), the bidet seat was easy to order, arrived within days with everything we needed to install it (the on-line videos helped make the instructions even easier to follow). After a few days learning the options, we are very comfortable with our new bidet seat. 

Now I know I should have bought one many years ago. Very easy to install. You do need 120v by the toilet. Check the wall behind it. I had on outlet on the wall behind where I needed it. 30 minutes, I had a hole cut and new one installed behind the toilet. Be warned ... that first time blast of water will be a shocker. Everything thing is heated, even a blow drier. And charcoal filter starts when you sit down.

Great working bidet seat! It was easy to install (but I had to add the electric outlet by the toilet). The heated toilet seat is a great feature to have, and the control buttons work great & you can adjust the water temperature of the spray functions as well as adjust the spray. The unit needs to be installed with the water on before it will operate. 

Since this is the ONLY bidet that fits the Kohler one-piece toilets, we had no other choice. The unit was relatively easy to install, the old toilet seat was almost impossible to remove. While Kohler products are top of the line, they are super difficult to work on. This unit works fine and our son loves it. 

I cannot say enough amazing things about how life changing a bidet seat is. I was very hesitant at first, however after almost 3 weeks of use, I am not sure I ever lived with out it. Install was a breeze (minus having to add a dedicated circuit). I am sure one with more features would be even better. If one was thinking about getting one, take the plunge, it is great! 

Installed this and it worked well for 2 weeks, then it shocked my boyfriend in the butt and stopped working a few days after that. The bidet was plugged in but it stopped powering on. We confirmed that it wasn’t an issue with the power outlet. Got a replacement from Amazon within the return period. Hoping that we have better luck with the second one.
