I have been wanting one of these for years and finally got it! The warm seat can be adjusted to a perfect temp. The bidet function is awesome with heated water (temp can also be adjusted) and different spray options with different water pressure settings. I also like that it cleans the wand with a UV light every night. Every post-partum mother should have this small luxury in their life!!!

Easy to assemble, works great. I really don’t like the nightlight, but you can turn that off. Since it’s a heated seat you gotta keep the rim of your bowl COMPLETELY clean because the heat activates the smell of the slightest tiny fleck of pee. Good excuse to practice better hygiene, I guess. The seat is super comfortable, the contour feels great to sit on. It does look a little funny, because it sticks up so far in the back, but that’s not a surprise. It’s pricey, but very well made and works great. So far the wand keeps itself pretty clean too. Coming from a cheap cold water only biden seat, this is a massive upgrade.

I knew going with Kohler was somewhat of a safe bet because I have a few of their other products and the quality seems to be good. Basically, I knew I wanted an electric toilet seat with a bidet with a seat heater, electric deodorizer, and with warm water. I also knew I did NOT want a toilet seat with a remote controller (seriously, why do you need a remote to control something you are literally sitting on?). I found this bidet to be fairly easy to install. I have almost zero plumbing experience, so I was thankful for that. The seat controls are VERY easy to figure out. Everything is pretty self-explanatory. The deodorizer is...ok. It's not the greatest, but it's WAY better than a bidet that doesn't come with one. I love that the toilet seat has an automatic light that turns on at night. I like that it is self-cleaning. I love that the seat is always warm. *One thing to note is that the bidet does not have a connection to your hot water source.* This was actually a POSITIVE selling point for me, because I didn't want to have to drill a hole in my cabinet to get to the sink connections. This means, however, that even if you set the bidet water to the warmest setting, is not going to be warm right away. It does warm up very quickly (I'm talking seconds), though, and I have had no issues with it. The electrical cord doesn't reach too far. My bathroom outlet is right next to the toilet, but it is on TOP of the counter, not below it (I feel like this is how most bathrooms are). So I was disappointed that the cord does not reach that far, however, I got an inexpensive 3-pronged extension cord and that solved the problem. Ultimately, I've had this toilet seat / bidet for about 3 months now and I still love it. Guests love it too! For what fancy bidets are going for these days, I think this is absolutely worth it.

Clean Vibes and Warm Water make this a winner!
For two years I debated on getting a bidet seat and decided this was the one! First time user here and all the bells and whistles of this seat make it great! The first few times you use it are going to be different and you definitely need to wiggle your hips to get front, back, and sides of your bottom clean so just be patient and the warm water lasts well into 60 seconds of use which is outstanding! The only reason for giving this a four star is that I wish the blow dryer fan was stronger if you properly clean your bottom is wetter than you might think - at least mine is and I need a 2x stronger fan. Overall great buy heated seat, warm water, self cleaning give yourself a week and you will fall in love!

not as good as previous model
I had a previous Kohler model for 10 years. This model is good, it works but not as good as the older model. The water takes a few seconds to start shooting out, then it is cold even though setting is set to hot. The water doesn't shoot out nearly as hard as previous model. The cleaning function is nice, old model didn't have that.

A helping hand
Works great. It was a big help during my recovery from a shoulder operation! Love the automatic self UV light sanitizer of its spray wand. The only complaint (which is minor) is the delay of the spray wand operation once you activate the button ( the wand rinse itself in the chamber before eject water to clean your bum).

Unfamiliar at first. Get over that, and it's undeniably better
I was wary at first, but a good bidet beats toilet paper. No contest. I was worried about the bidet itself getting dirty, but the wands pull out of the way and keep themselves clean, particular on this model with UV cleaning built-in. I was worried about discomfort, but after the first couple usages, you get used to it. We don't like to think about what, *ahem, gets left behind when using toilet paper. Water from a bidet does a far better job and doesn't waste paper. And keeping the controls and seat clean really hasn't been a problem at all.

Love this product. Really wanted one with remote but would have had to get a different toilet. Anyway, I was kind of worried about seat size since lots of reviews mentioned seat size was shortened due to mechanics. And also how it slanted. We did not experience either of those. The seat is comfy and just the right size. Husband says it was very easy to install. Controls are a little too far back but after a few days I'm sure we'll have the pad memorized. That should eliminate turning to see controls. I also took a pic of controls with my iPad to use as a reference. The self cleaning wand provides confidence in cleanliness of the unit. We just installed it earlier today. And we love it. And it looks nifty in the room.
