Color was a great match. Delivery was as expected. I'd like to have been able to purchase one with a wooden seat or at least something one can sit on top of. Controls could be extended outward, at least slightly, to permit viewing (reading) better. Water pressure could be increased or an option to permit increasing it. Controls are easy to understand and booklet is simple and accurate (no need to have an interpreter).

We had our bathroom remodeled and had a lifetime warranty on the job, the toilet seat split, and I called the company, and they said they'd replace it. After a month it was never replaced so my wife wanted a bidet. This one was on sale, and I bought it. It was an easy install. It takes some getting used to. I'd prefer a handheld control to operate it. I copied the control panel instructions and laminated them and hung it on the shower door. We're still getting used to the control. We're happy with the seat. It's solidly built and works as described.

Pros: It’s neat and fit. No worries for installation compatibility. The control panel is smaller than most other brands. Cons: After pressing a button, the response time is slightly longer than expected. The control buttons are squeezed due to smaller panel size. It’s easy to misfire a function when adjust the settings, such as pressure and temperature.

Cons - seat on the small side, controls too far back (can't really see when you need to), installation book great but instruction book not very detailed (5 settings but how do you read the buttons?). Pros - looks nice, easy installation & night light is great! Have used better bidet seats but then again if instructions were better, this one might be better. Still playing around with settings. We'll see?

This is an amazing device that has great function and versatility. As I age, personal hygiene can take longer and become more difficult. This bidet toilet seat provides options for personal cleanliness as well as help keeping the toilet more hygienic. It senses your presence when you sit on it and begins to heat the seat and water to provide a light, pleasant stream, either to the front or backside. After you feel clean there is a button to gently dry the area. All this is amazing, but waits there is more.....a UV light that kills bacteria, and a nightlight that make those late night strolls a bit safer. I am pleased, very pleased and feel it was worth installing a GFCI wall plug nearby. However, I do wish that it came with a remote or wall touchpad. It can be difficult to hit the correct button while seated at night without my glasses! There are other models with remote controls with the same features but at a higher price point. So, I created a cheat-sheet and taped to the wall until I get use to the feel of where the buttons are located. This is a high quality, well designed electric bidet toilet seat.

Love this product. Really wanted one with remote but would have had to get a different toilet. Anyway, I was kind of worried about seat size since lots of reviews mentioned seat size was shortened due to mechanics. And also how it slanted. We did not experience either of those. The seat is comfy and just the right size. Husband says it was very easy to install. Controls are a little too far back but after a few days I'm sure we'll have the pad memorized. That should eliminate turning to see controls. I also took a pic of controls with my iPad to use as a reference. The self cleaning wand provides confidence in cleanliness of the unit. We just installed it earlier today. And we love it. And it looks nifty in the room.
