I have been wanting one of these for years and finally got it! The warm seat can be adjusted to a perfect temp. The bidet function is awesome with heated water (temp can also be adjusted) and different spray options with different water pressure settings. I also like that it cleans the wand with a UV light every night. Every post-partum mother should have this small luxury in their life!!!

This model is a bit expensive, because it heats water being sprayed. I believe some models use UV lights to prevent bacterial growth, but this only has a nightlight.

This is an amazing device that has great function and versatility. As I age, personal hygiene can take longer and become more difficult. All this is amazing, but waits there is more.....a UV light that kills bacteria, and a nightlight that make those late night strolls a bit safer. I am pleased, very pleased and feel it was worth installing a GFCI wall plug nearby. However, I do wish that it came with a remote or wall touchpad. It can be difficult to hit the correct button while seated at night without my glasses! There are other models with remote controls with the same features but at a higher price point. So, I created a cheat-sheet and taped to the wall until I get use to the feel of where the buttons are located. This is a high quality, well designed electric bidet toilet seat.

We have had the KOHLER C3 155 Electric Bidet Seat for about two months now and we love it.
After installing an adjacent GFI plug, the package comes with all new flexible white piping and fittings to connect to a toilet.
It has many unexpected features:
The seat is automatically kept warm or cool as needed.
It's washing and drying functions will only operate when you're sitting on.
With the press of a button, a nozzle automatically adjusts as needed to your front and rear.
The water is automatically heated or cooled as needed.
The stainless steel washing nozzle automatically adjusts to spray or pulsing as desired.
When a cycle is completed, the nozzle retracts & automatically cleans itself.
When washing is completed, a dryer blows cool or warm air as desired.
Toilet paper is no longer needed .
When you leave the toilet seat, an automatic deodorizer filters the surroundings.
It has a built in blue light that kills bacteria. It turns on automatically when you turn the bathroom lights off. It doubles as a great night lite.
Both Kohler and Home Depot had a home run with this product.
We love it, BOBM1

A helping hand

Works great. It was a big help during my recovery from a shoulder operation! Love the automatic self UV light sanitizer of its spray wand. The only complaint (which is minor) is the delay of the spray wand operation once you activate the button ( the wand rinse itself in the chamber before eject water to clean your bum).

We got this to replace an American Standard bidet seat that eventually worked itself loose from our Kohler toilet. It was no longer possible to tighten that seat, so we decided to get one that exactly fit our Kohler.
What I Like:
— It fit absolutely perfectly on my elongated bowl Archer toilet and installed quickly and easily. (We don't do plumbing stuff well, but this was very easy.)
— This seat has a low profile which looks so much better than the older model, high in the back, seats of every brand.
— The seat is quite comfortable.
— The controls are what I was used to (front, back, wand length adjustment, pulse massage, deodorizing fan, heated seat, adjustments for temp and strength of water stream) and are fairly standard on these seats at this point.
— The heated seat. This is pretty much the height of civilization, imo. Life doesn't get much better than this! If you live where it gets cold in the winter or even just at night, I cannot emphasize how fantastic this feature is. I like all of the features of this seat, but the heat is easily my favorite. I had it on my previous seat as well and I've been spoiled by it. If I have to sit on a cold seat on a cold morning, it is a most unpleasant shock. The heat can be adjusted or completely turned off.
— The UV sanitization feature. This goes on automatically, although getting it to go on only when you want it to, rather than constantly, was more difficult than it should have been.
— The drying fan. I did not have this on my previous seat and it's a nice feature - cool, warm and hot.
— The seat slips on and off its mooring very easily. This is a very important feature for being able to clean all around the seat.
— The night light. My husband likes this feature more than I do. The two lights that make the nice blue glow at night, shine right into the water and are pretty bright when you open the toilet lid. I've learned to look away when opening the lid because the light is bright enough to wake me up more than I want in the middle of the night. There is no dimmer for the night light. It is either On or Off. But my husband is happy that he no longer had to turn a light on in the bathroom.
What I Don't Like:
— The placement of the controls. When you are sitting, the controls are at about 5:00 (if looking down). That means that you have to twist a bit to see the controls. My husband says he can feel which buttons to push now and no longer has to twist around, but I am still twisting. Not as much, but enough to bug me. My other seat had a remote control, and I should have gotten the Kohler seat that that had it, but the price difference was kind of ridiculous just for a remote.
Bottom line: Overall, I like this seat very much. It fits perfectly, does everything it's supposed to do and is easy to clean, which is obviously important. And the heated seat is soooooo nice to have.

Unfamiliar at first. Get over that, and it's undeniably better
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
I was wary at first, but a good bidet beats toilet paper. No contest. I was worried about the bidet itself getting dirty, but the wands pull out of the way and keep themselves clean, particular on this model with UV cleaning built-in. I was worried about discomfort, but after the first couple usages, you get used to it.
We don't like to think about what, *ahem, gets left behind when using toilet paper. Water from a bidet does a far better job and doesn't waste paper. And keeping the controls and seat clean really hasn't been a problem at all.

[Incentivized Review] Gotta Love This Seat

Per Kohler's installation manual this bidet requires a 120 volt 15 amp dedicated line with a 15 amp GFCI outlet placed within 32 ins. of the bidet seat. I don't have that. I also don't have an attic and I don't have a basement. Installing this line will require a few hours in a 3 ft. high, dirt floor, crawl space. In the spring I'll do a proper installation but for now this is getting powered up with a 12 ga. 20 amp extension cord plugged into a 15 amp GFCI outlet in the next room.

The installation of the seat is very simple, the only tools you'll need are a flat head screwdriver and an adjustable wrench or a pair of pliers . Remove the old seat, clean and disinfect the bowl, screw down the new mounting bracket and snap on the seat. The mounting bracket has a large range of adjustability to get the seat positioned just right. The water connection is done with the supplied chromed metal "T" fitting placed between the supply line and the toilet tank. The water feed from the bidet screws onto this fitting. Plug in the power cord and you're done. They also included a supply line, from the tank to the "T" fitting, in the event yours is iffy. I replaced a non-electric bidet seat and was able to reuse the old "T" fitting.
The seat has a built-in safety switch which disables all function until it senses weight on the right side of the seat. The LED control panel offers a ton of features. Front cleaning (3 pressure settings), rear cleaning (3 pressure settings), automatic wand extension for manual cleaning, dryer (3 speed settings), heated seat (3 temperature settings), water temperature (3 temperature settings), oscillate / pulsate spray, manual UV sanitize button and deodorizer button. There's also a very cool night light which can be switched off if you don't want it.
For cleaning purposes the seat is easily removed from its mounting bracket with a push of a button. If required, the self-cleaning stainless steel retractable spray wand can be cleaned manually with a soft bristled brush and hot water. There's also a 45 minute UV disinfecting cycle which activates automatically once every 24 hours. My well water has a high sediment content, I have filters throughout the house, Thankfully Kohler included a removable filter screen to trap the contaminates before they reach the water reservoir.
The seat's a pleasure to use. No more icy cold water, although, that was an eye opener first thing on a winter morning. I lived in Europe where bidets are a common fixture and I can assure you that once you own one you'll appreciate this appliance.
Kohler includes a 3 year limited warranty from the date of installation for normal residential use.

[Incentivized Review] Best Bidet ever
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
Somehow, Bidet is not popular in US. That really puzzles me some time, since many Asian countries and European countries have these. This is next level personal hygiene, I believe. There was a time that Bidet was bulky, I still have one of these bulky one, and had some concerns about cleaness of the machine. However, time has been passed and now we have such a fancy and must have bidet. C3 155 is certainly one of that.

This provides a heated water, not hot but warm enough to make you feel better, heated seat, personally this is the best part for me espcially during the winter, LED lightning during the night hours, UV self-sanitization, which is one of the most important function, comfortable seat, adjustable water temperature, oscillation, position, and warm air drying function. This unit has everything that you ever wanted in Bidet.
It is easy to install, unless you have really really old plumbing, so you don't have a hook up, which was my case, but plumber added a hook up in 15 mintues. This can literally change your quality of life. :)
Whole installation did not take more than 30 minutes.
