Toilet seat arrived but missing parts so was only able to partially install. Thankfully, when I contacted Kohler, they responded quickly and are sending them. The most annoying part which didn't arrive was the "INSTALLATION SCREW ATTACHMENT" that's used to mount the seat to the toilet. Macgyver'd parts from prior seat for now until the proper parts arrive. Other than this it seems to fit well on a Kohler Highline.

We bought our first bidet seat a month or so ago and we have been very pleased with how it has worked out. My husband is handy and installed it for us. The seat itself is easy to install but note you need an outlet in your water closet which can be as easy to install by calling an electrician. The functions are easy to understand and adjust once you have used it a couple of times. We like that there are two preset options l, one for each of us! 

I bought this for my brother's family 6-months ago and we installed it in the guest bath in the main house, which is now the go-to bathroom for guests. This bathroom also has a Moxie showerhead. When you hear the music start rockin', you know there is a gracious experience going on. Toilet paper usage is cut by more than half. A couple more seats are on order for Christmas gifts. 

Processing, shipping and delivery from BidetKing was satisfactory and without issue to Canada. The installation of the C3 230 K-4108 on a Kohler San Souci toilet was simple and without issue. Great bidet features and nice touch with the night light and deodorizer. The automatic night light and deodorizer can be disabled as the default setting. It would be cool to have an automatic open and close bidet cover feature. 

We never had a bidet before but since we're growing older we thought, why not get used to what the Europeans have been doing for many years. The install was pretty simple. All parts were provided and fit well. We have an American Standard toilet and the seat fits like it was made for it. It does all it advertises from keeping a nice nightlight in the bowl to warm water (it heats in the unit - no hot water line needed), warm air, deodorizer, etc. So far, so good. 

Overall I am impressed with the bidet seat. Particularly like that you can adjust the seat temp, the water temp, and the water pressure. After using the bidet I see why they are so popular in other countries. Should have switched years ago! Installlation was pretty easy, it only took about an hour. Suggest reading the directions and watching Kohlers videos on-line for some helpful hints BEFORE you start doing the work. 

This bidet seat from Kohler is loaded with great features. The heated seat is amazing and the warm water bidet spray takes it to the next level. The handheld touchscreen remote is easy to use and adjust the water temperature, pressure and spray type all of which save the last settings for easy use next time. I would recommend to my family and friends and Kohler did a great job making it easy to install providing everything I needed in the box. 

I have used bidets in luxury hotels for years and always wanted one. This unit has met most of my expectations. It was fairly easy to install which took only about 30 to 45 minutes. I bought two of them, and they both work as advertised. The only thing I wish was a feature was an auto lid opening function. I think for the price that is a reasonable expectation.
