This is so amazing, it has warm water, and warm seat, it makes you feel so indulged in comfort. The preset buttons, are helpful, so once I have the water temperature and spray set, I just have to push one button, My husband installed it very quickly, maybe five minutes, but we did have to call customer support to pair the remote. All we had to do was bring the remote directly next to the control panel on the seat, and it paired. Koehler makes a great product.

I’ve used manual bidet seats for years and loved them. Upon deciding to renovate a main bathroom, I planned to add a real powered bidet toilet for the bells and whistles! My contractor suggested a nice powered seat would offer most of the same features and recommended this one based on prior clients’ experiences and Kohler quality. I’m glad I listened! It feels like luxury, the features like changing the spray direction, pressure, heated water, seat, fan at the touch of the remote’s buttons (mounted on wall for convenience) surpassed my expectations for the price point. Highly recommend.

Excellent toilet seat. The separate remote is very convenient and has a lot of controls and options. 

Very easy to install. Instructions were clear and pairing of the remote was quick once I understood the Stop button on the side of the seat (not the one on the remote) was to be pressed to complete the programming sequence. Now that we have used the bidet (less than a month) we wouldn’t be without one - especially this one with heated water. 

My daughter figured out how to get the remote to work and it works fantastic! It has been the best purchase I have made. I really appreciate Kohler’s help and integrity. By the way, shoulder replacement surgery went very smoothly. They are sending replacements, but I needed it because I had shoulder replacement surgery. Was sure in need of it prior to and after surgery.

Will be returning this ASAP!!! Poor customer service from Koehler, and what the reviews say is true, remote issues and not pairing. 

Problems with remote right out of box. 5 days and remote will not longer work. Only Water temp light flashes and will not turn off. Put new batteries in now will not sync again. same problem out of box. Returning and looking for another brand. Purchased a Kohler toilet also but because of being the Santa Rosa model the only option is another Kohler. So will try to return toilet or sell out right at a loss and get another brand. Bidet sort of works but poorly with the side panel. This is not a luxury but a necessity for my disabled wife so Can take better care of her. Am returning
