I think it is a quality product with great features. The light only comes on and quickly goes off. The spray takes some getting used to set it correct. Online doesn't mention the screw out plate to access the water inlet fitting. Cord should be about a foot longer. Never saw it came from left side of seat. Seat is a good fit once you figure it does not slide on but sets down and clicks in place. Price was best with Lowe's Need good instructs 

More often than not the remote doesn’t activate the bidet functions. Other than that issue the bidet works well. 

I love this except one feature. You cannot turn off the light night, and it’s pretty bright, so I have to close the toilet seat

This is a replacement bidet seat for our Kohler toilet, which is now about 12 years + in usage. Unfortunately, the motor in our old bidet seat failed and we had to replace the entire seat unit. There is some design change from the old unit but the functionality of the new is excellent. We like the water temperature adjustment of the spray! We are pleased with the new design. The night lite is another improved feature. 

Now I know I should have bought one many years ago. Very easy to install. You do need 120v by the toilet. Check the wall behind it. I had on outlet on the wall behind where I needed it. 30 minutes, I had a hole cut and new one installed behind the toilet. Be warned ... that first time blast of water will be a shocker. Everything thing is heated, even a blow drier. And charcoal filter starts when you sit down.

This is an excellent product. Easy to install as long as there is a power outlet in the toilet room which is on a dedicated circuit for the bathroom. There is a good reason why bidets are in use in much of the developed world. Highly recommended for older folks with decreased flexibility. This product performs as advertised. Have not had it long enough to comment on the longevity of service which can be expected. 

Easy to install 

it went well, but toilet installation takes some time. The toilet installation took a day. The only problem was that I stripped the plastic threads where the water goes into the toilet when installing the metal tee. I bought a new toilet valve and was more careful installing the metal tee. Day 2 was installation of wiring and a GFCI to power the bidet. My wife loves the bidet features. 

Great product and beneficial for the family 

This is our first bidet toilet seat, and it is impressive. Installation was very simple. We did need to have an electrical outlet installed near the toilet so that is an extra cost. The product itself is simple to install and use. Very impressed by the features and functionality. This fit perfectly on an American Standard elongated toilet. Cannot beat the Kohler quality. WIll probably buy another one for our second bathroom.
