Life Changing!

I have used this seat for nearly two months and it has met every expectation. I did have some difficulty attaching to the toilet pump connection and wound up calling a plumber. Once this was installed properly, the toilet seat has worked spectacularly. The pressure is great and does a spectacular job cleaning. I have definitely saved quite a few trees by not using toilet paper anymore. I get off the bowl feeling fresh and cleaner than I have ever been. Hurt my shoulder so this is definitely making my life easier. I highly recommend! Cant believe I went all these years without it.

Excellent product. Requires electrical outlet in toilet room.

This is an excellent product. Easy to install as long as there is a power outlet in the toilet room which is on a dedicated circuit for the bathroom. There is a good reason why bidets are in use in much of the developed world. Highly recommended for older folks with decreased flexibility. This product performs as advertised. Have not had it long enough to comment on the longevity of service which can be expected.

Impressive Product

This is our first bidet toilet seat, and it is impressive. Installation was very simple. We did need to have an electrical outlet installed near the toilet so that is an extra cost. The product itself is simple to install and use. Very impressed by the features and functionality. This fit perfectly on an American Standard elongated toilet. Cannot beat the Kohler quality. WIll probably buy another one for our second bathroom.

Didn’t know how much I needed this!

Decided to buy a bidet seat instead of installing a full bidet during remodel. Wonderful choice. You *do* need an electric hookup for power but routing water lines was a breeze. It is adjustable right down to the heat settings for the seat and water temps. I figure if something breaks I won’t be out so much $$ and have trouble replacing it.
(It wasn’t so difficult to get an outlet installed close to the toilet - you need one if you install the full toilet/bidet anyway)
Give it a try - you won’t be sorry. Wish I had one for the past 30+ years! Life changing

Worth Every Penny

I spent a lot of time looking around Amazon for an electric toilet seat/bidet and I kind of got into "analysis paralysis" with all of the choices, the different prices, all of the different features, and all of the positive and negative reviews. I knew going with Kohler was somewhat of a safe bet because I have a few of their other products and the quality seems to be good. Basically, I knew I wanted an electric toilet seat with a bidet with a seat heater, electric deodorizer, and with warm water. I also knew I did NOT want a toilet seat with a remote controller (seriously, why do you need a remote to control something you are literally sitting on?).
I found this bidet to be fairly easy to install. I have almost zero plumbing experience, so I was thankful for that. The seat controls are VERY easy to figure out. Everything is pretty self-explanatory. The deodorizer is...ok. It's not the greatest, but it's WAY better than a bidet that doesn't come with one. I love that the toilet seat has an automatic light that turns on at night. I like that it is self-cleaning. I love that the seat is always warm.
*One thing to note is that the bidet does not have a connection to your hot water source.* This was actually a POSITIVE selling point for me, because I didn't want to have to drill a hole in my cabinet to get to the sink connections. This means, however, that even if you set the bidet water to the warmest setting, is not going to be warm right away. It does warm up very quickly (I'm talking seconds), though, and I have had no issues with it.
The electrical cord doesn't reach too far. My bathroom outlet is right next to the toilet, but it is on TOP of the counter, not below it (I feel like this is how most bathrooms are). So I was disappointed that the cord does not reach that far, however, I got an inexpensive 3-pronged extension cord and that solved the problem.
Ultimately, I've had this toilet seat / bidet for about 3 months now and I still love it. Guests love it too! For what fancy bidets are going for these days, I think this is absolutely worth it.

This bidet seat is ready to install. The separate remote has all the functions on it, so no buttons on the unit. The seat is nice and warm and the blue night light glow inside is awesome!

Always thought I wanted one

Now I know I should have bought one many years ago.
Very easy to install.
You do need 120v by the toilet.
Check the wall behind it. I had on outlet on the wall behind where I needed it.
30 minutes, I had a hole cut and new one installed behind the toilet.
Be warned ... that first time blast of water will be a shocker.
Everything thing is heated, even a blow drier.
And charcoal filter starts when you sit down.

Easy installation

it went well, but toilet installation takes some time. The toilet installation took a day. The only problem was that I stripped the plastic threads where the water goes into the toilet when installing the metal tee. I bought a new toilet valve and was more careful installing the metal tee. Day 2 was installation of wiring and a GFCI to power the bidet. My wife loves the bidet features.
