I bought this thinking it would be great from a trusted brand that knows about toilet stuff. I was dead wrong. The unit started leaking at the handle within three months so I had to disconnect it. Luckily I caught it in time and my floors weren’t damaged. Even if it wasn’t leaking, the sprayer is way too strong and the using the front sprayer setting sends a jet of water right out the front of the toilet. The back sprayer was all I could use and could barely turn it on or it would hurt me. Total garbage and poor engineering

Product was working fine until my wife tried the FRONT spray and water leaked all over the bathroom floor. I thought that maybe one of the water line connections was leaking. I checked all lines and that was not the problem. It was leaking at the handle right where the chrome ring is on the handle as best as I could determine. And it wasn't a minor leak/drip. It was leaking a lot of water. It's unfortunate because I liked the unit and it worked well until this happened.
