Third times a charm I guess! This is the third bidet in less than a month. This bidet is so extremely well thought out I swear a woman must have designed it. It has everything needed to install and then some. Even includes optional top mount expansion bolts for skirted toilet, which is what I have. Some of the other features, which the most expensive bidets do not include, are: in line water filter (which I didn't use bc our water is already filtered), an extra head for the wand, extra washers, an electrical plug on the LEFT side so an extension cord was not necessary. The feminine wash wand actually is made to reach those areas without having to do a circus act. The infinite controls of the position, water temp and the 'swing' option is very good. So VERY happy and impressed with the operation of the bidet. Installation: In this very rare instance I will admit my actual age. I am a 75 yo female and I was able to have this up and running in less than 30 minutes, with help from hubby and his muscles to make sure the water connections were secure. Another feature of this unit is a 'release button', which was very helpful in placing and securing the mounting bracket, while the other two you had to 'muscle' out making the fine tuning of the mounting bracket somewhat tricky. It also has a release valve to empty stored water if that is ever necessary. One other very helpful feature is the accessory side mount control so you don't need to use the remote. AND the REMOTE! This is one of the few that is backlit! I don't understand why all bidets with remotes are not backlit, but have night lights! When you are seated you can no longer see the night light and since it is night and presumably dark, you have to turn on a light to see the controls on the remote. Also, the remote is held on the wall with a magnet so no rummaging around trying to fit the remote back into the holder. All in all, I highly recommend this bidet even though the amazing price point with the huge discount right now, made me wonder if this would be comparable to the over $400 I was returning. But I am truly amazed at the functions and great attention to detail of this product. Not sure why I waited for so long before getting a bidet. This bidet was recommended by a friend. It’s a life changer. The bidet has so many functions that work flawlessly. The heated seat is spectacular especially on a cold night. The nightlife for us guys is a nice feature. The number one feature is the instant hot water and it’s endless. I had a couple issues mostly questions about a couple of things when I first got the bidet and their customer service emailed me back each time within 24 hours.
