Stop working 69 days after purchase
It stopped working this morning, 69 days after purchase. No LED, No power, although the wall power outlet works fine.

This thing is incredible! I would recommend it to anybody and I think everybody should have one. The only complaint I have is the cover is plastic and you can’t sit on it.

We love Lotus bidet ATS 800
There is nothing to dislike, it is good, the size is right, the buttons are nice. This is the second bidet in our home, and the first is the Lotus too, but it is ATS 500. That one works just fine, but the size is not exactly as our toilet. The new one matches perfectly.

warm water with air dryer, we bought the ATS-500 for the master bath and liked it so much we ordered another one for the front bath. just make sure you have access to a ground fault plug for power. when I searched for the 500 model it appears it's not available but this 800 model works even better. I had to upgrade o elongated commodes in both restroom but not a problem for me as I'm a pipe fitter/plumber by trade. don't hesitate to make this purchase, you won't regret it

I bought it for my husband who due to medical/health reason needs to use the restroom very frequently. This is a blessing to him. It not only cleanses well, it also has other cool functions and one that I really like - warming up the seat (which is so nice during the cold winter days). Even though it was bought for my husband, I use it too and like it a lot. Before the company sent it to me, they called and made sure I measured my toilet seat and chosen the app...

Even though it was bought for my husband, I use it too and like it a lot. Before the company sent it to me, they called and made sure I measured my toilet seat and chosen the appropriate size. Everything was correct... Then in a few days I received the package. I had a handy man came to install it and after he took the parts off and ready to install the seat, he couldn't fit it in our toilet bowl. I was very sure that I got the correct size, especially after the call from the company. Anyway, we found out they sent us the wrong size, even after the phone call! I couldn't believe it! Anyway, when I called them, the lady who answered the phone remembered speaking to me couple days ago and she was very nice. She apologized promptly and resend us another one immediately. She also sent us a return sticker for the wrong-sized hygiene seat. My husband just told me the other day, that he saw a similar one in Costco but is cheaper, and may buy another one for our chidren's restroom.
