Delivery was fast. Before I got a chance to install the product, the seller emailed me a warm instruction of the installation. In my case, I had to replace the existing water hose which was copper and couldn’t be bent to accommodate the T-connector. So I got a flexible hose and installed with no problem and no leak. So far so good with the product. Highly recommended.

The bidet has a nice brushed chrome look that looks great mounted on the back of the toilet tank. The installation was super quick and easy and most people should have no problems with it. The pressure on this can be a little high at full valve open depending on your water pressure, so be aware. It works well and seems to be made of quality parts. I'll update this review if needed but as of now I'm very pleased and would recommend this.

I have bought 3 of these in my new house for all toilets. the ease of installation and product quality is great. The presure can be controlled via the valve and it is easy to operate by kids. Above all, the customer service is just amazing. I reached out when one of the shower handle was feeling a bit hard. The seller shared detailed instructions to fix and when that didn't work, sent me a new handle.

Installed this in our powder room several years ago and it works great. It takes a little practice to get your aim right. But as someone who has traveled in S.E. Asia, it makes the US tolerable. Toilet paper sucks. I do make sure to turn off the supplied valve when not in use. But there have been no leaks. The spray pattern, handle, and control lever all work great.

Happy to say I've had it for 2 years with no issues, it does what it's supposed to. I don't remember install being too complicated, I watched a video online and managed ok.
