I had no idea that you could purchase a bidet for your toilet seat until recently. Thirty years ago, my husband was stationed in Italy and our apartment had a separate bidet, right beside the toilet. I had never heard of a bidet at that time and for a while was puzzled by its purpose. Luckily, someone explained to me the cleansing abilities of the bidet and I gave it a try. I was surprised how clean I felt. When we returned to the States, I missed my bidet (remember this was 30 years ago) and eventually forgot about them. I was surprised to learn that you can purchase a bidet that actually goes on your toilet. This is our second bidet and we love it. We decided to try this one because it comes with a heated water option. The cold water we used from our other bidet wasn't bad at all. In fact, it was refreshingly pleasant except on colder days, we thought it would be nice to have some warm water. So, hence, we purchased this 320. It is amazingly simple to install (at least that's what my husband said). I love the fact that they are basically self-cleaning, too. Just select the self-cleaning option, and the little door closes and the water shoots back onto the nozzle. Be careful when first using to make sure you don't shoot yourself with too much water pressure. You need to ease the lever down (I only go halfway) and determine how much water pressure you really want. I love that the controls are easily accessible and that the design provides water just where you need it. Goodbye to all that wasteful toilet tissue!  Read Less

This product has met all my expectations. It arrived on time, was easy to install and everything fit perfectly to my standard toilet fittings. The Neo 110 is the 1 hose, cold water model. You can get a model that would supply hot and cold water but I don't think it's necessary because a) it would require a more difficult installation as you would need a longer hose to be hooked up to the hot water line and possibly holes to be drilled and b) to be honest, when using it, it could take a while to... This product has met all my expectations. It arrived on time, was easy to install and everything fit perfectly to my standard toilet fittings. The Neo 110 is the 1 hose, cold water model. You can get a model that would supply hot and cold water but I don't think it's necessary because a) it would require a more difficult installation as you would need a longer hose to be hooked up to the hot water line and possibly holes to be drilled and b) to be honest, when using it, it could take a while to get the hot water going and/or there could be a risk of burning yourself, if you know what I mean. Cold water is just fine. Also, if the water pressure in your house system is quite high, as it is in mine, you may want to turn your water input valve by your toilet down a bit as the water pressure out of the NEO 110 sprayer can be quite strong. Kind of like a power washer chipping paint off you deck, if you know what I mean. It's set up perfectly now. The retractable nozzle works efficiently and is hidden behind a guard plate when not in use, and not to mention that, importantly, the nozzle aim is very anatomically right on. I did not realize there were such things as small portable bidet units available until recently and I am delighted that I found out. I would recommend the Luxe Bidet Neo 110 to anybody looking for a reliable and inexpensive bidet. Read Less

Unfortunately, this would not work with my toilet seat, because it made the seat stand far too above toilet basin. So I did purchase another toilet seat, which sits flat, and does not have a sculpted bevel around the edge. I found that a basic wooden seat works well. So I did purchase another toilet seat, which sits flat, and does not have a sculpted bevel around the edge. I found that a basic wooden seat works well. If you like the idea of having a bidet without making major changes or remodeling your bath, the installation of this unit is worth changing out your seat for. This particular model has an option for both hot and cold water. The cold connects to the water supply on the toilet, and the hot is connected to the bathroom sink. I was lucky to have easy access from my basement for the hot water feed, but if your sink and toilet are side by side, that would make installation feasible as well. I was concerned, too, because my warm water is not instantly warm. But there is a clean setting on the control knob that allows you to run until you get warm water. There is also two settings, which will direct the spray more forward or back. The amazing thing is that the nozzles become concealed when not in use- very smart! I recommend this product to anyone who is extra concerned about bathroom hygiene. It's a practical addition to the bath.  Read Less

I thought my only option was a hand held bidet spray ($15-30) - but then you need to hold it and aim it and its very cumbersome. Also I have kids and would like for them to wash themselves easily. Enter: The Luxe bidet ($25-$50 range) and then the Toto luxury bidets ($400+ range). I did end up getting both the high end Toto bidet and the Luxe bidet. Enter: The Luxe bidet ($25-$50 range) and then the Toto luxury bidets ($400+ range). I did end up getting both the high end Toto bidet and the Luxe bidet. The Toto is in the master so I get to enjoy the warm water, the air drying, precise spray aim etc features. This needed a electrical outlet to install. For the kids, I installed the Luxe bidet. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Price, price , price. Amazing value for money. The Toto costs X10 the amount. - Ease of install (Not counting the hot water outlet) - just pull out of the box and follow the simple steps. Basically you remove the toilet seat and place this bidet in between the toilet and the seat. The water outlet gets a splitter to send the water to the bidet. All parts are included and instructions are simple. - Water force is good and adjustable. - Does the job well. - Great to have the hot water option. One of my guest bathrooms has the Luxe 185 installed (this has only cold water) and can be brutal in the winter. Cons: - The only issue with install is you need to have a hot water pipe to connect to. So unless you have a vanity near the toilet, you wont be able to get a hot water connection easily. (The Toto heats up the water inside the unit. so you only need an outlet, which is a lot easier to install - but then again, it cost X10 the amount!) Get a plumber to drill a small hole from your vanity and get a hot water connection to the bidet. - The stream of water is not precisely aimed. But for the price it does a pretty good job. - I don't see a big difference between the women's Vs regular. Typically the womens should aim a little differently, but that is not the case. However, that is not a big issue, since the spray force and coverage is good enough for all areas. Bottom line, if you can deal with the hot water connection, this is a solid unit which looks like it will last a long time. I strongly recommend the hot water if you are in places where it gets cold!!  Read Less
