This Luxe 320 bidet was easy to install. The instructions were easy to follow and everything needed is provided. I would suggest using the plastic tools provided, since you shouldn’t over tighten. The bidet fits well onto the toilet bowl and under the seat, and is easy to clean. The warm water function is worth the extra money, along with the dual sprayers. There are 2 control knobs. The small one is the function knob. It provides choices of wash (rear wash), women (frontal wash), or cleaning (cleaning the nozzles). The larger knob controls the water pressure and the temperature. Lift up on the knob to increase water pressure, and down to turn it off. The temperature is controlled by side to side turning. I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to install the bidet. I am pretty sure it only took me 10-15 minutes. I also received a Luxe metal T-adapter with a shut- off valve so I have the option to turn off the bidet. This is an awesome extra feature to have for people whom have small children. The Neo 320 has a very simple sleek classy look to it, which I really like. Also, I am impressed that there is a feature for a woman’s cleansing needs. It keeps me fresh and clean always. I honestly can’t imagine not having this product in my life now that I have it. I have to say I didn't hook up the hot water option yet because It would require me doing extra things that my apartment complex would not allow. I am just fine with cold only and will wait till I move to another place to hook up the hot water feature. I also want to add that it has helped my son whom has issues wiping his bottom. The LUXE Bidet, Neo 320 is a very pleasant surprise! We have used another product for years, but the Luxe, Neo 320 is much better built and has so many more features that it is amazing. It was so easy and quick to self-install and with the instructions it took only a few minutes and it was ready to go! It has a very user friendly design and is so easy to operate and is well made and I consider it to be a heavy duty model. Some of the great features including a precise control of the water flow and temperature and boy is this nice when the weather suddenly turns cold! A great advantage is that it has two nozzles with which to meet one’s sanitary needs. It has something I always wanted and that is a high quality system with a backflow prevention valve. To top it off, it has a rotational gate guard that keeps the nozzles clean as a whistle! It is manufactured to look professional and is styled to be a unit that is for general hygiene use for all the family. My review today is on the Luxe Bidet Neo Toilet Seat Bidet 320. I have always wanted to have a bidet for the simple fact that it will provide extra cleaning in your tender areas. The 320 I selected has the blue face and chrome plated plastic knobs. All the parts you need for installation are provided, except a flat head screw driver(Suggestion have your own adjustable wrench). The Installation itself is straight forward and very simple and will technically take approx. 5 min. I experienced a couple of bumps so I had to do some problem solving. To begin with the area I had to work in is narrow and tight, so I opted to start with the hoses. Just a few suggestions to help avoid a headache: • When mounting the bidet, under your toilet seat, make sure it is not too close to the toilet bowl. (Will prevent nozzels from extracting) • When attaching the T adapter to your water tank make sure you use either the plastic wrench provided or your own to ensure that it is good and tight, otherwise, you will have water leaking, trust me. Now, I have made a list of a few reasons why I am extremely happy with my Luxe bidet Neo 320: • Helps to save me money on TP (TOILET PAPER) • Less toilet paper reduces the impact on my water pipes • Less toilet paper, less clogging • It works like a charm • I can adjust the water pressure • Has the self cleaning feature (yay) • The option/connections for the hot water line - My hot water line is too far ☹ Another bonus, for us ladies there is a second nozzle specifically for women (helps in that time of the month) how wonderful is that. We haven’t hooked up the hot water yet because you have to drill a hole through your cabinet, and hook it to the pipe under the sink. We will eventually hook it up. I love this bidet! This model comes with cold and hot water, and a feminine wash sprayer. We haven’t hooked up the hot water yet because you have to drill a hole through your cabinet, and hook it to the pipe under the sink. We will eventually hook it up. The cold water is a real shock to your private area. And if you don’t pull the lever up very slowly, it can shoot out pretty hard, and it almost feels like the jet setting on a garden hose. Lol All that being said, the installation is pretty easy. Instructions are easy to follow. As for operating the bidet, there are two controls. One changes it from cleaning, to wash, to feminine mode. The other one is a pull up lever that controls the pressure of the spray. They also include a lever that connects to the toilet from the hose, that acts as a pressure/shut off valve. That saves you from having to turn off the valve on the wall. My family is pretty happy with it. It does help my eight-year-old clean up better. I do wish that you could control how wide the spray is. I would definitely recommend it.  Read Less

I absolutely love the Luxe Bidet Neo Toilet Seat Bidet. It was surprisingly easy to install. The only problem was leaking at the metal attachment where it connected to the attachment threaded on to the control panel. All that was needed to remedy the leak was a little plumbing tape wrapped on the threaded end of the control panel water connection. The plumbing tape was conveniently included in the packet with clear instructions entailing the use to prevent leakage that absolutely solved the leakage. The unobtrusive control panel where the user can activate and adjust the water pressure is very user friendly in that it may be adjusted readily with a slight turn of the knob that indicates clearly the place for women's needs and the other indicates “wash” for the man or woman's posterior area. There is a handle that controls the hot or cold water with a simple turn and the water pressure is controlled simply by pushing up or down on the handle. I decided to not hook up the hot water to the Luxe Bidet Neo Toilet Seat Bidet controls. There was an available cap that said it was to be used to cap off the hot water connection. The reason that I didn't use the hot water connection is because it takes too long for the water to get hot in my downstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom is the one that I use in order not to have to climb the stairs. The Luxe Bidet Neo Toilet Seat Bidet creates a very refreshing clean that surpasses any other bathroom experience that I have ever had. There is never any flakes of toilet paper left behind because the use of the Luxe Bidet completely cleans and refreshes. The built in cover, nozzle guard gate, opens and closes so that the nozzles are covered and protected from any debris. It is in a convenient area in the back of the toilet bowl where it can easily be opened to provide clear spray accessibility.
