I received this product as part of a review program. I'm so glad I did! I didn't know this product existed and now I know everyone should have one. This bidet cleans your private places, keeping you fresh and clean each time you visit the bathroom. My husband loves it, too and doesn't know how he ever got along without it. This model hooks up to hot water, as well as cold water and provides warm or cool cleansing action. (Many bidets don't have hot water option.) Installation was so easy. I'm a 58 year old woman and I did it by myself with only a screwdriver and pliers in about 20 minutes. Well worth the installation time and I will have one on every toilet in the house now.

[Incentivized Review] Yikes!

Ok, having grown up in South America, I'm not a stranger to bidets. The stand-alone, multifunction kind.
This unit seemed like a modern upgrade, sort of like a poor cousin of the Japanese electronic toilets.
I installed it in about 10 minutes, and immediately sat down to test it out. A few of problems quickly became apparent:

This unit seemed like a modern upgrade, sort of like a poor cousin of the Japanese electronic toilets.
I installed it in about 10 minutes, and immediately sat down to test it out. A few of problems quickly became apparent:
-1) I received it in February.
-2) It only hooks up to the toilet tank's water supply. (After some investigation, I discovered that there is another unit from the same company that has an additional hot water supply...)
-3) In the Summer, in South Carolina where I'm from, the 'cold' water is lukewarm out of the tap. In February? Not so much.
Y'all, when I turned that thing on to my nice, warm nether parts, it shot a stream of ice-cold water right into my warmest bits!
I'm pretty sure I bi-located, because one minute I was sitting on the toilet, and the next, I was standing in my bedroom, pants around my ankles, screaming ! And the fountain of water shooting out of the unit was busily washing my bathroom floor.
So, here's the upshot:
PROS:
- It works exactly as described.
- It's very easy to install.
- The instructions are complete and very easy to follow.
CONS:
- Only recommended for tropical climates where tap water is consistently tepid!
- This one may be TMI, but for a sufferer of IBS, frequent, explosive bowel movements of the liquid kind make it a nightmare to keep sanitary.
- The water is VERY COLD!!!
Do NOT recommend for the majority of the USA. Photos of the item in use not included, for (I hope) obvious reasons. Installation videos are all over YouTube.

[Incentivized Review] A Well-Planned, Quality Product, BUT...

Since many people skim reviews, I will start with the BUT... YOU MUST HAVE ENOUGH SPACE TO THE LEFT ( looking at it) OF THE TOILET for the bidet to sit outside of the seat, until you want to use it. For my larger size toilet it is 6 inches. The "arm" swings to the inside of the toilet seat bowl for use, then swings outside the seat for rest. My under-sink cabinet wall is too close and won't allow the bidet arm to sit outside the seat enough to rest it, AND we would HAVE TO DRILL A HOLE IN THE CA...

My under-sink cabinet wall is too close and won't allow the bidet arm to sit outside the seat enough to rest it, AND we would HAVE TO DRILL A HOLE IN THE CABINET WALL for the (provided) flexible hot & cold water lines that need to run from under the sink to the bidet/toilet in order to use it. I did not think of that when I decided I wanted to have the luxury of the Luxe Bidet. And it would be a luxury I would love to have! The Luxe Bidet people really DID think of EVERY THING!! The whole package included EVERY thing you could possibly need to install their very nice Bidet, right down to the wrenches and plumbers tape! I wish I could include more than 2 pics for this review bcz if I could show you more close-up what was included you'd be as happy to receive their product as I was. Very well diagramed instructions & parts, troubleshooting tips, but most importantly showing they care about their product and offering their "full support" to you, if needed. My ONLY suggestion to them would be to put the completed diagram on the box so people can see what to expect with their choice & how it differs from the other bidets they also offer. Having received this wonderful product through Walmart's Spark Reviewer Program, they do have other bidets available, but I could not tell what the difference between them was, in making my choice.
