[Incentivized Review] Best toilet upgrade
This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes.

I bought this after getting back from travelling where I enjoyed the benefits of using a bidet and not wanting to replace my toilet(s). Purchased this one to try and I love it! It was easy to install and works as well as the high-end toilets I used in my travels. I am now ordering one for my 2nd bathroom.

Great bidet
This is for a free luxe scent item but in all honesty, we love this bidet. The water pressure cam be pretty high, so do be careful. The water being cold really isn't an issue at all as we live in a very warm area without air conditioning. I've already recommended this unit to a few friends. Not many people have an outlet for a heated bidet right next to where the toilet should be installed anyway.

Love this product. So much so that I bought one for my boyfriend and another for my guest bathroom. Super fast & easy to install, easy and satisfying to use. I did have a problem with one of the units just about 13 months, contacted the Luxe folks and they were immediately responsive and quickly fixed the problem. I highly recommend the product and this company!

[Incentivized Review] Happy to have a NEO120
I’ve been very happy with my NEO120. It was a gift from my daughter 1 1/2 years ago and its simple to use and effective. I was concerned that the water might come out too cold during winter but it was just fine. If you’ve ever gone through prep for a colonoscopy, you know that no matter how careful you are, repeatedly wiping can cause you to be very sore. My bidet was a huge help.

[Incentivized Review] Easy to use
My husband attempted to hook up the bidet but realized we had to buy a new wooden toilet seat. Once he replaced the toilet seat, the bidet hookup went very smoothly. It is easy to use and works well except for the first try. It was a shock from the cold water, I wasn't expecting it.Once I realized it, it was easier to adjust to the cold. There are quite a few settings for water pressure, which is a plus.

Excellent cost effective bidet
This was my first bidet ever. Installation was a breeze; I just had to contact customer service to get a pressure reducer attachment. I have been using it for a couple years now and over the course I have bought 3 more Luxe bidets. Folks on the internet have mentioned plastic pipes inside it failing. But after 2 years of service, I will not hesitate to buy a replacement Luxe bidet.
