I bought this as my first bidet ever. Installation was simple and easy with great instructions. We still have this bidet but I bought another one as well from this company because winter tap water is too cold. Although cool water for me is preferred just not too cold. A few things. Dont use toilet paper to dry off. Use a special cloth. If you use the bidet properly (it takes time to learn, be patient and figure it out) you should have 0 poo to wipe. Also saves you money in the long run. Toilet paper is far more expensive over time. Love this product. Although I would recommend getting the one you can mix hot water with cold.
