Great purchase.
I love having a bidet. This one is easy to use and install. It's a bit tricky to get it to spray exactly straight, but that's not really an issue. My original NEO 120 developed a leak from the self-cleaning holes, and after all usual troubleshooting measures failed Luxe Bidet sent me a brand new one, which has not had the same problem. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I recently got this to try. I've never tried a bidet but have been wanting to try from many people I know ranting and raving about them. I was honestly quite skeptical at first if I would like it but I'm so glad I did, not sure I'll ever go back to not using one. It was very easy to install, love the control knobs and that the nozzle drops when its not in use. The quality is great and I would recommend to anyone looking at investing in one!

This Luxe Bidet works great. It attaches easily to my toilet and is very easy to use. It really saves on toilet paper, also. It cleans real well and is gentle. It leaves me clean and refreshed every time. I like the self cleaning nozzle for easy cleaning. This is the first time I have ever tried one and I love it. I like that I save so much on toilet paper.

Great basic bidet.
Easy to instal. Cuts down on our TP usage. It is cold water, but we don't really notice it. We now hate using a toilet without a bidet. The self cleaning option works well enough, but you will need to clean the sprayer now and again. I would recommend buying the lifts for your seat, the bidet causes the seat to rest on an angle. It would be nice if they came with the bidet, but oh well.

[Incentivized Review] Feeling fresh!
Recently tried out the Neo 120 - Cold Water, Non-Electric, Mechanical Bidet Attachment with Self-cleaning Nozzle, I have never used one in my life and decided to give it a try. I'm a fan! Had to get a better seat, no biggie and it was surprisingly easy enough for me to install. YES!! And we have slowed down toilet paper use and I know my kids are getting cleaner, which is a plus! Very happy with this!!

A must-have
Every toilet in the house has one. Absolutely life-changing. Want to cut down on toilet paper costs (or horrible, non-green wipes)? Check! Wanna feel immaculately clean after every visit to the toilet? Check! Want to avoid the hassle of a device that needs constant cleaning? Check check! Seriously, buy one or two or three. In my new place I also got the toilet seat from Luxe bidet so the bidet itself fits perfectly. Great value for such an amazing series of products.

[Incentivized Review] Neo 120 review after using for 3 months
Very simple instructions on how to set it up. It's great that there is an option to clean the nozzle which enhances the hygiene. However, I feel that the difference between the water pressure is pretty similar. Even at a relatively low setting, it still has quite a bit of pressure. All in all, it's still a good product and I'm happy with the decision to buy this product.

Wow! The bottom line is Luxe Bidet Neo 120 is everything it’s advertised to be! Easy peasy to install and operate. What a refreshing feeling this Bidet delivers! The water pressure control is nice and a must for beginners. The self cleaning nozzle really works fabulously! Very low profile on the toilet and easy to clean. I highly recommend this Bidet!

The best basic bidet
This is the best reasonably priced bidet for people who are just looking for the basics. I had an older version for a few years and never had any major issues. Installation is incredibly easy. - As others have said, the little door can be more harm than good. After struggling to keep the last bidet clean, I ended up just pulling the little door off this one before I installed it. I think it's better off. Installation is incredibly easy. - As others have said, the little door can be more harm than good. After struggling to keep the last bidet clean, I ended up just pulling the little door off this one before I installed it. I think it's better off. The little door just ends up getting grosser than anything else, and it makes it difficult to clean behind the bidet nozzle in the bowl. That combined with the idea of it popping off and causing a major plumbing issue that others have commented on was enough for me to just risk breaking it... but I was surprised to find that the door just popped off with no issue. I'd recommend anyone else do the same. This does make the "self cleaning" bit a little pointless, but I didn't experience much worth in that anyways. You can just wipe down the nozzle when/if it gets dirty. - If you have older plumbing, I'd also recommend having some extra washers on hand. The bidet itself comes with enough gear to be installed, but I had issues with my original plumbing leaking because of the connection, and ended up having to buy some washers to resolve the issue. Might be nice if they included some spares in the kit, but understandable that they include enough for their own gear and they also provide plumbers' tape which I thought was a nice assist. Overall, if you're just looking for a basic bidet, this is the one to buy. Don't get fooled into believing you need to spend $100+, this one does what you need it to do and lasts for years.

Awesome, easy, and clean!
Easily installed in minutes! I was actually pregnant at the time and was too impatient to wait for my husband to come back from work and I did it without any issues! The included tools made it easy! Powerful stream that helps you feel nice and clean! Plus itâ€:tm:s easy to use and the self cleaning feature is great! Iâ€:tm:m also impressed with the selection! When we move, I will definitely purchase a warm water bidet!
