The Luxe Bidet Neo 120 was an unexpected and great gift for my parents! My Dad said he had been interested in buying one for some time and was very pleased with the easy installation. Everything is included in the box. The bidet makes a great gift of buy one for yourself. The are four different levels for spray. Don't do what I did the first time unless you have a towel ready; try it out without sitting on the seat! Well made and refreshing!

The Luxe Bidet Neo 120 was easy to install under my small round toilet seat. I did not need any additional toilet seat bumpers. There are 4 settings and very easy to adjust the spray as to your individual preference. I would suggest a quick first wipe before using the spray and the results will leave you feeling clean and fresh! Well made and easy to install; great gift or buy one for yourself!

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. Pros Durable, Easy to Use, Sturdy, High Quality, Easy to Install, Looks Great, Nice Design

I really like the design and functions of this bidet: 1) the two wash settings of "Wash" for standard anatomy of men and women and the "Women" setting for female anatomy; 2) The water flow dial has been well engineered because the flow rates can be set for a comfortable wash even if the water pressure is very high as it is in my house; 3) the internal tubing is well set and safe because it has never leaked.

Cannot imagine living without one now. Easy to install. Easy to use. Easy to follow directions, simple to operate. No fussy heated seats or needless jets. It does the job perfectly. Definitely getting a second one for my second bathroom.

Not terrible but not great
Installation was easy enough. However, after turning the dial it appears that it remains in cleaning mode until lifting rear off the seat slightly. For whatever reason once you lift your rear off the seat the water goes from spraying straight down to bidet mode.

This thing is the coolest thing I have seen or used. It was so easy to follow the instructions for installing. The quality is beyond impressive! I love the different settings on it. It was super easy to install and start using. I highly recommend this bidet to anyone! You can tell from the quality that this will work for a long time!

Very easy to install and very easy to use. The pressure is great and you have the total control to adjust the pressure as you see fit. There's a few options also built in. Doesn't take up much space and looks great. It's a great addition to the bathroom.

Excellent product. Gets the job done and recommended to everyone I know. Love the cleaning feature and the durability. I chose it to cut down on toilet paper usage and hasn't disappointed. The different spray features are great also.
