This product works well and it is affordable. It saves on toilet paper and it is very refreshing to use (especially when you have issues such as bowel illness or hemorrhoids). The only thing I would change is reducing the power of the water stream. It is adjustable by turning the dial but it is too easy to go too far by accident. As long as you are careful, it is no big deal. 

This bidet is awesome! Installing was pretty easy. I actually discovered them while on vacation. The cabin were staying at had them in all the toilets. I think they work great, and I have two recommendations: Lower the water pressure on the shutoff valve (so it's not too strong) and use the tape that comes with it when installing. 

Now when I go somewhere without a bidet, I truly miss it. It is a great clean feeling. I deducted a star for two reasons, one - the water pressure is a bit high even on the low setting, and maybe that is just my own plumbing that causes that. The other reason is where it connects to the toilet seat there are little grooves that are difficult to clean. Maybe little caps could make it flush. 

Installs really easily so that's a plus. I bought the metal t-adapter for flow control as well. I have one that I purchased 2 years ago that still works pretty well - sometimes the nozzle gets a little stuck and doesn't come down for a few seconds. The mounting part does get kinda gross (it is on your toilet after all) - make sure you wipe it down when you clean your toilet, and it may be worth taking it off every year or two to get underneath and clean in there as well. 

I had read the reviews for this product and felt that for the price it would give me what I needed. I’m a 74-year-old woman and so installing it concerned me but I found that it went on without a hassle. The seat bumpers that came with it worked perfectly to elevate the lid to accommodate the installation. I have a good water pressure so I only need to use the low setting. I would definitely recommend this to others. 

I'm so happy to have this! I really feel much much cleaner after using the bathroom now. I did find setup to be a bit difficult and I still haven't figured out how to permanently fix the slight leaking I have on one of the commodes (I tighten it but it manages to loosen again over time). The pressure is a bit high so you'll have to get used to it but aside from that it's generally comfortable. 

This device works good. I have an older bidet in another bathroom that is still in use. The new bidet is a better looking device with a better build quality. I do like the door that covers the spray. The older one does not have the cover. The water pressure on the new bidet doesn’t seem as strong as the older one. The water pressure is the only complaint I have on the new bidet. 

I am generally very happy with the Neo 120 bidet. I would only suggest to buyers that its installation include a metal T-valve with shutoff in the water line (available from Lux, I believe). Without this additional adjustment control over the water pressure (in our case), the pressure is too high to give a reasonably gentle stream of water from the bidet, requiring a delicate fine-tuning of the control knob for comfort. 

My Luxe Bidet came in a week ago but I was hesitant to install it because it looked pretty complicated. After a Youtube tutorial I gained the confidence to try it out. It took me way less than I thought. It took me less than 30min to install, and just in time to test it out. Let me just say....holy water pressure! Not only does it do the trick, but it hit the target spot on lol. I'm so excited to try it again lol. 

Love this product. It is exactly as described. Very convenient, easy to access controls and water pressure is easily controlled to oneâ€:tm:s personal comfort preference. Cleans and freshens your “undercarriage†every time. I find this bidet to be of very good quality, reasonably priced, looks good and performs as promised. Highly recommend and would purchase again.
