I’ve been wanting to get a bidet for a long time but was admittedly nervous! I’m here to tell you if you’re considering buying one, which you obviously are, to just do it!!! You will not regret it. I never want to go back to toilet paper alone, seems so gross now! If you’re concerned about not feeling dry after use you can still use a bit of TP! This product was a breeze to assemble and it is very accurate anatomically. :-) 

Installs really easily so that's a plus. I bought the metal t-adapter for flow control as well. I have one that I purchased 2 years ago that still works pretty well - sometimes the nozzle gets a little stuck and doesn't come down for a few seconds. The mounting part does get kinda gross (it is on your toilet after all) - make sure you wipe it down when you clean your toilet, and it may be worth taking it off every year or two to get underneath and clean in there as well. 

I thought about trying the luxe bidet but worried about the unheated water and positioning of the spray. The Luxe Bidet is complimentary in appearance, very easy to install and works great. The spray is perfectly positioned and the natural water temperature is soothing. Using it makes you feel fresh and clean. I highly recommend it. 

This bidet is good! The pressure is rather strong, so be careful not to turn it up too much. The aim is almost perfect, just some minor adjustments puts the jet right where it needs to be. I think for what it is, this product is great. The self cleaning feature works well, and the installation was super quick and easy. The water is cold, so I wish I had a heated version. Overall good buy! 

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use. 

I can't live without my bidet now. Pooping somewhere other than my house is now an even worse fate than it was before. A serious life changer. Easy to install, easy to operate, and reliable. The cold water takes a bit of getting used to, but we're talking like 2-3 days. My only complaint is that the nozzle isn't quite centered, so you gotta kind of choose your booty pose carefully. 

I just installed it in mere MINUTES on the kids toilet because he doesn't clean up back there! It installs so easy, an 8th grader could do it. It's not too powerful even dialed up and I adjusted the stream while using and prefer more of a straighter stream (dial about 1p). It's not too cold either (in Az and it's Jan in the afternoon....about 60 outside). I definitely want another for our toilet!!!!!!!!!!!! 

I got to say, the first time I used it it was a shock! Mostly because of the cold water, after you know what to expect, it’s so necessary and refreshing. After the shock was total bliss. I love this thing. I can’t imagine not having it. It’s such a good idea and now seems so natural. I’ll never go again without it. I was also surprised at the accuracy, I never had to adjust the position, not once. I’ll never go back. 

The Luxe Bidet Neo 12 is a great addition to any toilet. It was super simple to attach and works great. There is one knob that controls the pressure and a second the controls the level of where the water sprays. The guard is great at keeping to nozzle protected and clean. The guard also detaches for a thorough cleaning of it. This bidet is simple to use and has seriously cut down on our toilet paper usage. 

The water pressure is very strong but it gets the job done. I'm overall satisfied with my bidet and have recommended it to others as well. My only concern is that the spray appears to have shifted but I don't think it's due to the product but the user needs to adjust it. I can honestly say that I won't be returning back to just using toilet paper and wipes. I love the feeling of being clean. I would purchase another bidet of this brand as well.
