My husband attempted to hook up the bidet but realized we had to buy a new wooden toilet seat. Once he replaced the toilet seat, the bidet hookup went very smoothly. It is easy to use and works well except for the first try. It was a shock from the cold water, I wasn't expecting it.Once I realized it, it was easier to adjust to the cold. There are quite a few settings for water pressure, which is a plus. 

This bidet is so amazing. It’s weird thinking about how long I went without having one. With it being cold water it is a bit shocking at first but you get used to it. We feel cleaner and more refreshed now that we’re using this. For the first week my son would yell from the bathroom “this thing is awesome!”. We all agree. It was fast and easy to set up and included all the tools needed. We definitely recommend this. 

This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes. 

This is for a free luxe scent item but in all honesty, we love this bidet. The water pressure cam be pretty high, so do be careful. The water being cold really isn't an issue at all as we live in a very warm area without air conditioning. I've already recommended this unit to a few friends. Not many people have an outlet for a heated bidet right next to where the toilet should be installed anyway. 

I received this Luxe Bidet Neo 120 White several weeks ago and I don't really know what to say about it. My husband won't hook it up for me, the reason being he said is "Why do you want to use a bidet that will be nothing but ice cold water?" Which I really hadn't thought about that...and no, I don't want to use it and have ice cold water from the toilet spraying on me, thank you very much. LOL! 

Wish I had gotten one with warm water. Other than that it is great!

I have owned the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 for a few weeks now. I am very happy with how well this product works. It was very easy to install and has a water valve to adjust the temperature of the bidet water. It leaves you feeling very clean and fresh. You will leave the toilet bathroom with confidence. I would definitely recommend the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 to all my friends and family. 

As with most people, I was skeptical about a “bidet” but why not try it. So I did. I loved it so much that I bought another one for my half bath and then another one for the upstairs bath. I went on vacation and could not believe how much I missed not having my bidet. I feel cleaner and unbelievable how much toilet paper we save. It takes a little bit to get used to the cold water but you adjust. I highly recommend it! 

This bidet is good! The pressure is rather strong, so be careful not to turn it up too much. The aim is almost perfect, just some minor adjustments puts the jet right where it needs to be. I think for what it is, this product is great. The self cleaning feature works well, and the installation was super quick and easy. The water is cold, so I wish I had a heated version. Overall good buy! 

Easily installed in minutes! I was actually pregnant at the time and was too impatient to wait for my husband to come back from work and I did it without any issues! The included tools made it easy! Powerful stream that helps you feel nice and clean! Plus itâ€:tm:s easy to use and the self cleaning feature is great! Iâ€:tm:m also impressed with the selection! When we move, I will definitely purchase a warm water bidet!
