Love love love. This is the second bidet I've purchased. Doesn't connect to warm water, but I haven't had any issues with the cooler water. Love that it has a dual nozzle for the front and back. I always miss having the bidet whenever we're traveling and only have toilet paper, hahaha. I've been spoiled. Very easy to assemble as well as long as the back of your toilet is easy to access. 

My wife was hesitant about trying a bidet and had concerns with cleanliness and maintenance. We selected one of the best regarded cold water bidet as our entry product. The price point was excellent, quality good and the installation a breeze. I feel confident that this will help us move into an upgraded product with all the features in the future 

Installed three Neo 185 bidets in our home about 18 months ago and they work flawlessly. They were easy to install, easy to use and sometimes a funny conversation starter. I was on the fence about the hot water model - glad I didn't go that route. The cold water model works great and the need for hot water is not necessary whatsoever. Who'd have thought such a device would make such a difference in your daily life but it will. 

I used to use a lot of toilet paper after my daily routine. When I learned about the bidet I thought it might be a good idea. My initial hesitation, though, is that being shot with cold water may not be a pleasant experience. But I decided to give a try anyway. I am glad I did. It turned out I was not so sensitive to cold water after all. I was able to keep myself clean while not using as much toilet paper. 

I have a son who is a bit of a germaphobe. This was on my wish list for him to try, especially. My husband installed. It works well and is simple to operate. Cold water, though, lol, but helps to clean you, and that is good. Hopefully, since we have a septic system, this will help decrease the tp amount. I did receive this to review, but my opinion is honest and my own. 

I would recommend this bidet to anybody who wants a bidet experience with little investment. The cool water was always welcome. And now that I’ve invested in a fancier bidet with heated water/seat etc, I’d still be happy with cool water any day of the week. I also gifted the bidet to my sister after she had her second baby to give the comfort of the peri bottle without the inconvenience. I wish I had one of these after I had my babies! 

Well who doesn’t want to feel fresh and clean? We’ve had ours a whole and we love it. I don’t want to “go” anywhere else. It’s easy to install, use, easy to clean. You will definitely use less TP. We live in Florida so the water is never cold. I love the women feature. You just feel so clean when you’re done. We will never go back to a plain bathroom experience ever. 

I love this bidet. I installed this myself without my husband and it was so easy. I felt very accomplished. I have had my bidet for a over a year now and I love it. I feel so clean and whenever I am not home I turn to look for the bidet knob. Every toilet needs this bidet. I thought the cold water would bother me in the middle of the night but it doesn’t. I got used to it very quickly. Buy this. You won’t regret it. 

One of the best purchases I ever made. At first, I thought about the water being cold as an obstacle. Not so. It is wonderfully refreshing. This has helped to reduce the irritation I always experience while wiping with hemorrhoids. I no longer have to worry about flushing wipes and clogging my pipes. Just a wonderful product. I bought it along with their toilet seat. Best ever. 

The Lux bidet is GREAT! I purchased the first one during Covid shutdown due to the toilet paper shortage. Since then I purchased a second one, one for my daughter and two for my son. I tell all my friends and family how great it is . I know at least 5 have been purchased by friends. It works, don’t need a heater, and easy to install. I will continue to tell people how great it is.
