Bought on my daughter’s recommendation. It was very easy to install and fits well with the existing toilet seat. Normal wash setting is a strong stream that doesn’t change direction. The shows 4 levels of pressure, but in reality, anything higher than the first level is just full strength. The Women’s wash changes the flow to a gentle spray. Overall, it takes a lot of the work out of wiping, and helps you stay fresher between showers. 

I think I need to adjust it for aim, but I love it. I'm not sure how functional the women's mode is, I just use it for the backside too. The pressure is really high, so I may need to install one of the valves that allow you to adjust it. This is my first experience with a bidet, but I'm already hooked. I get sad when the bathroom is being used and I have to go to the guest bathroom. The self cleaning feature is also really cool. 

I've bought two of these bidets now and for the price, they're a great investment and good value for your buck. The pressure is high when you put it on full so I usually don't go past the first two/max three dots. The nozzles are set up at the right angles so it's not very hard to aim properly. I like the self clean nozzle effect, it's a nice feature to have. 

The Neo 185 was so easy to install. It's also easy to keep clean. I especially like the aspect of the design where the jets extend out automatically for operation, then retreat behind the guard, which easily opens for occasional cleaning. The different settings are great in finding the right angle. This is one of the best buys we've ever purchased. We have two in our house and sorely miss having them when we're away. It's a no-brainer. 

This bidet is amazing. Quick and easy install and everything you need is included in the box. Been using for several months now with zero problems. Flow control and direction control with just a turn of the dials. So much better than the more expensive bidets that are integrated in a toilet seat. This one just works with whatever you currently have. 

Super simple to install. It's really a plug and play bidet. Just enough settings to really get the job done. You do need to move around a little bit to get just the right angle. You do need to let it run for a min to get everything cleaned off. But overall it's a good bidet especially for the cost. Affordable and efficient. 

Great pressure on the bidet, the water temperature is nice and the adjustment levels from low pressure to high pressure is absolutely superb. For the price that I paid for this bidet, I would think it probably has the best value on the market. There is not much else you can ask for, especially with the dual nozzle feature. That’s my favorite. The aim is perfect, and it has all the tools i need. 

I have another "single dial" bidet so can compare. The NEO 185 adjusts better to my body - no wiggling around to get spots. I can tell when it is turned off. It has wonderful power adjustments. I dearly would have loved to have this when we were in our sexually active stage of life; I would have felt so much cleaner. We bought this to save on toilet paper - little did we know all the advantages. 

Crazy thing, it just sat in the box for some time after purchase waiting for me to install. Once in place, I was kicking myself for not doing it sooner. I’ve found the best combination of aim and water force for me but it would be easy enough to change for someone else’s preference. My late husband who had Crohn’s surely would have found this helpful as he used to partially disrobe and use the handheld shower to feel clean. 

My Luxe Bidet Neo 185 is such a game-changer. I feel cleaner than ever after facility-use. Surprisingly the water isn't as cold as I thought. I read some negative things about the stream strength and direction. I am not experiencing the same negative effects. The set-up was slightly challenging for me as I am not skilled in plumbing assembly; however, my neighbor came to help. He had it set up in 15 minutes. I highly recommend!
