For me, this has been wonderful. This is my second unit. So much so, that using any other toilet is now without a bidet is a disappointment. Easy to set up, though aligning with the toilet seat connectors can be a bit of a challenge, depending on the toilet seat. I'd love to give this five stars...however, I've discovered a frailty, in that the thin, though wide, plastic 'arm' that supports the controls can crack fairly easy if you mistakenly push down on it trying to get up...which is why this is my second unit. I think there should be some sort of reinforcement, or thickening, to help prevent this. 

This is my second bidet,. The first one I purchased was from another company. My first one always had inconsistencies in the water flow. Also the water came out over the seat! I have never had a problem with your controls. The water flows accurately with soothing frequencies which is monitored evenly and smoothly. It is a pleasure using this new system. Actually I look forward to going into the bathroom because of my bidet from your company. YES, I will recommend it to my friends and other acquaintances. I am extremely satisfied with each feature and the color is also cheerful as well as refreshing.
