Simple to install, everything very easy and the instructions are well written. Was a bit worried about water not being heated, its not a problem at all, even in cold Canadian winters. Works like it should cost $200 but was an absolute bargain. Have suggested to friends and they're just as pleased as I am with this gadget. Yay, for cleaner bums !! LOL

It’s a funny line that was on the box but it’s become a catchphrase in my home. We seriously love this bidet. It was very simple to install. No trouble at all. The way our bathroom is set up, we had to go with the model without the heater and with cold water it’s still awesome. Close to a year and no problems with it. It’s a very simple yet elegant design (simple=not much to break.) I’d recommend it to anyone.

[Incentivized Review] This is something I never knew I needed
So I have thought about getting a bidet for a long time and I don't know what took me so long. This is beyond my expectations and I am so glad I made the leap. You can control the water pressure, their is actually a nozzle made for women and it's got a self cleaning nozzle. Convenient and such a great decision. My sister just might be getting one for her birthday coming up. I definitely recommend it and it's good quality.

We love this bidet! it gets the job done. It was also super easy to install in our master bathroom. We also love how there is a self cleaning nozzle for the bidet. We would love to get more bidets for our other bathrooms in the house because it is just that good!! Most bidets are a couple hundred dollars but this bidet is great and affordable. we will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

[Incentivized Review] EZ PZ/Save the trees!
During the pandemic, my buddy recommended I buy the LUXE Bidet because of the ridiculous shortage of toilet paper. Not only would I save money on TP but I'd benefit significantly from a cleaner poop shoot. Pulled the trigger, installation was a breeze, and both my wife and I use it and are happy with the Neo 185. It's almost 2 years old now. EZ PZ on and off for a few deep cleanings. It works great!

Extradinarily wonderful Don t know
Extradinarily wonderful! Don’t know how I lived without it. Installation would have been easy had it not been for my add-on T-Adapter with shutoff. It was so shallow and not enough threads to screw on to toilet evenly. But the bidet itself is fantastic. I had to pay a plumber for installation thanks to shallow T-Adapter but it was worth every dime. Great product. Highly recommended.

Easy to install, made with quality parts
I installed this myself (60yo female) and had no problem. Instructions were clear and included a tool too. The hose and parts were of good quality and made it easy to install. After using the bidet for a month, I bought another for my guest room; my daughter bought one too, then my nephew tried it out and got one for his home! I don't know why the US doesn't have bidets on every toilet!

Purchased 3 units. Two of the three, work flawlessly and deserve a 5 star rating. My wife loves the bidets. On one of the units the water intensity valve became progressively harder to turn. Now it turns easily but the water doesn't come on until the knob is turned about halfway. I disassembled to see if something was broken but didnt see anything wrong.

[Incentivized Review] Great on budget and low maintenance
I have been using this Luxe bidet for over a month now. The installation was easy. And since its water wash it doesn’t need toilet papers and i save a lot on those. Another unique feature is self cleaning nozzle which is great for maintenance. It also has a feminine mode for gentle spray. Only complaint i had is with the length of connector between water outlet and bidet.

Great pressure on the bidet,
Great pressure on the bidet, the water temperature is nice and the adjustment levels from low pressure to high pressure is absolutely superb. For the price that I paid for this bidet, I would think it probably has the best value on the market. There is not much else you can ask for, especially with the dual nozzle feature. That’s my favorite. The aim is perfect, and it has all the tools i need.
