One of the best purchases I ever made. At first, I thought about the water being cold as an obstacle. Not so. It is wonderfully refreshing. This has helped to reduce the irritation I always experience while wiping with hemorrhoids. I no longer have to worry about flushing wipes and clogging my pipes. Just a wonderful product. I bought it along with their toilet seat. Best ever. 

I originally thought that since there is no warm option on this model, that it'd be too cold, but it's actually quite tolerable, and have had no issues with just the cold water. This is the first bidet I've used and owned and can't see myself ever NOT using one in the future. It's now a staple in my life. The bidet itself was easy to install as well. 

I would recommend this bidet to anybody who wants a bidet experience with little investment. The cool water was always welcome. And now that I’ve invested in a fancier bidet with heated water/seat etc, I’d still be happy with cool water any day of the week. I also gifted the bidet to my sister after she had her second baby to give the comfort of the peri bottle without the inconvenience. I wish I had one of these after I had my babies! 

I don't know why everyone doesn't have one of these. Saves on toilet paper and you feel so clean afterwards. ..and they run on the same water your toilet runs on, making them completely reliable (and a cleaning position on the knob too!) Very affordable, especially considering how often it gets used! We own two and have given two as gifts. The recipients of the gifts now feel the same way! 

I love this bidet. I installed this myself without my husband and it was so easy. I felt very accomplished. I have had my bidet for a over a year now and I love it. I feel so clean and whenever I am not home I turn to look for the bidet knob. Every toilet needs this bidet. I thought the cold water would bother me in the middle of the night but it doesn’t. I got used to it very quickly. Buy this. You won’t regret it. 

Installed three Neo 185 bidets in our home about 18 months ago and they work flawlessly. They were easy to install, easy to use and sometimes a funny conversation starter. I was on the fence about the hot water model - glad I didn't go that route. The cold water model works great and the need for hot water is not necessary whatsoever. Who'd have thought such a device would make such a difference in your daily life but it will. 

I used to use a lot of toilet paper after my daily routine. When I learned about the bidet I thought it might be a good idea. My initial hesitation, though, is that being shot with cold water may not be a pleasant experience. But I decided to give a try anyway. I am glad I did. It turned out I was not so sensitive to cold water after all. I was able to keep myself clean while not using as much toilet paper. 

My Luxe Bidet Neo 185 is such a game-changer. I feel cleaner than ever after facility-use. Surprisingly the water isn't as cold as I thought. I read some negative things about the stream strength and direction. I am not experiencing the same negative effects. The set-up was slightly challenging for me as I am not skilled in plumbing assembly; however, my neighbor came to help. He had it set up in 15 minutes. I highly recommend! 

This is great! It was easy to install. You will love how clean you feel and wonder why you didn’t get one sooner. I saw other bidets with a lot of extra fancy features that required electricity for heated water. They were expensive and I don’t have an electric outlet by my toilet. Too much trouble to get that installed. All you need is water. And you don’t even need it to be heated. This bidet is easy to use and is very reasonably priced. Get one. You won’t be sorry. 

Simple to install, everything very easy and the instructions are well written. Was a bit worried about water not being heated, its not a problem at all, even in cold Canadian winters. Works like it should cost $200 but was an absolute bargain. Have suggested to friends and they're just as pleased as I am with this gadget. Yay, for cleaner bums !! LOL
