I used to use a lot of toilet paper after my daily routine. When I learned about the bidet I thought it might be a good idea. My initial hesitation, though, is that being shot with cold water may not be a pleasant experience. But I decided to give a try anyway. I am glad I did. It turned out I was not so sensitive to cold water after all. I was able to keep myself clean while not using as much toilet paper. 

Great pressure on the bidet, the water temperature is nice and the adjustment levels from low pressure to high pressure is absolutely superb. For the price that I paid for this bidet, I would think it probably has the best value on the market. There is not much else you can ask for, especially with the dual nozzle feature. That’s my favorite. The aim is perfect, and it has all the tools i need. 

I have a son who is a bit of a germaphobe. This was on my wish list for him to try, especially. My husband installed. It works well and is simple to operate. Cold water, though, lol, but helps to clean you, and that is good. Hopefully, since we have a septic system, this will help decrease the tp amount. I did receive this to review, but my opinion is honest and my own. 

Feeling pretty good with the new bidet. However it was tricky figuring out how to operate it since we need to pull the lever up instead of rotating it. Also most people might not have both hot and cold water near the seat. So make sure to close the hot water inlet with the cap before trying it out. Other than that it's very easy to install and use 

I originally thought that since there is no warm option on this model, that it'd be too cold, but it's actually quite tolerable, and have had no issues with just the cold water. This is the first bidet I've used and owned and can't see myself ever NOT using one in the future. It's now a staple in my life. The bidet itself was easy to install as well. 

I’ve had the Neo 185 for over a year. It is working well and I really enjoy it’s several features. It’s not necessary to get the warm water one as the toilet has some warm already mixed in (in CA) so the bowl doesn’t sweat. Great purchase and I highly recommend. My next door neighbor even purchased on based on my suggestion and she’s loving her’s as well! 

Installed three Neo 185 bidets in our home about 18 months ago and they work flawlessly. They were easy to install, easy to use and sometimes a funny conversation starter. I was on the fence about the hot water model - glad I didn't go that route. The cold water model works great and the need for hot water is not necessary whatsoever. Who'd have thought such a device would make such a difference in your daily life but it will. 

Amazing product and the price cannot be beat. I can’t even remember life before this bidet, simply amazing. Super easy to install, the water stream is pretty strong so usually keep the pressure on low. Not having the hot water attachments does leave you with a pretty cold water stream, but you get used to it. If you’re sensitive to cold water, I’d opt for the warm water attachment but it really isn’t a big deal. I’m super satisfied with my purchase!
