I have the Neo 180 and needed another one and got the Neo 320 as I could gook it up to the hot water line easily. During cold months having the hot water is nice. You can turn the handle to get the right temperature you want. It doesn't actually heat the water itself. The only issue I had was that depending on how long it takes your water to heat up it can take some time. 

This is my second Luxe bidet. For years I traveled and frequently enjoyed using a bidet in hotels etc. A couple of years ago I bought a Neo 120 and I only regret not buying sooner. But, the Neo 320 has more features and options and it is wonderful. Excellent quality. Also, I found Luxe is very easy to install as I was able to complete the installation myself and I am 74 years old. Love it. 

It does as advertised. Very nice to have the warm water setting as well. The way it fits on a toilet requires toilet seat risers so that the seat can be level. That took a lot of trial in error over the years due to differences in toilet seat shapes we've encountered. The controls can be a little sensitive, meaning the jet of water that comes out can be stronger than expected. Overall, a good product. 

Installation was super easy, and having this bidet has been a game changer. I love knowing that cleanliness is always available. Ordering was easy. The only thing that isn’t great is the water response to the handle can be too full power and either splash where you don’t want or be too forceful of pressure. I wish this were rectified in the original design.

Having had shoulder and elbow surgery, I NEEDED a product that was easy to use. Look no further! With raised knobs, lever to turn on the spray and self cleaning nozzles, this is the best, at HALF the cost!! 

I cannot say enough good things about this. Installation wasn't bad and actually kind of fun. Once installed, it was easy to use and pretty easy to clean. I feel much cleaner after use and the temperature adjustment makes it even more soothing. I definitely use less toilet paper now and it is just a much easier clean-up. This jet stream sooths the most fiery of bottoms. Highly recommended. 

This bidet is great! It works so well. It comes with everything you need for installation and is quick and easy to install. The water pressure is easily controlled with the pull up handle. It has a self cleaning nozzle and you control the temperature and water pressure. It also has dual nozzles for feminine or regular wash. I highly recommend that you try this bidet! 

I adjusted the direction of the streams (by placing my hand in front of the stream before I turned on the valve) and then tightened the seat screws as I installed the bidet. We have been using the Neo320 for over a year and it is far superior for cleanliness when compared to papaer. I can't say that it's paid for itself by replacing the paper, but the overall confidence in being clean is well worth the cost of the unit. 

The Luxe Bidet Neo 320 is my new favorite gadget. This bidet is amazing. It has both hot and cold water so you can achievethe perfecttemperature. It is very sleek and not gaudy looking. You get everything you need to install the bidet in the box. It is very easy to install. I love that it cuts down on toilet paper consumption and saves me money. 

I absolutely love my bidet! I purchased during the TP shortage during the pandemic last year. But now I cannot imagine living without it! It’s very hygienic and easy to clean. I’ve used bidet’s from other competitors and they do not compare. The ability to regulate the water pressure/temperature far surpasses the competition. Setup was a little intimidating. But I’ve moved twice and now I have the hang of it.
