[Incentivized Review] Game changer.
This product has been a game changer for my household. Not only are we getting cleaner after each bathroom visit, but we've saved so much on paper products as well. Oh yeah, and with the warm water hose attachment, no more traumatic winter morning experiences.... Would highly recommend this model to anyone looking to level up their bathroom game - so easy to install and even easier to use.

Best hot/warm/cold water bidet out there
I have the Neo 180 and needed another one and got the Neo 320 as I could gook it up to the hot water line easily. During cold months having the hot water is nice. You can turn the handle to get the right temperature you want. It doesn't actually heat the water itself. The only issue I had was that depending on how long it takes your water to heat up it can take some time.

Wash don't smear
After using the first unit for a couple months one of the fittings broke and leaked everywhere. Luxe Bidet replaced the unit immediately after contact. The period of waiting for the new unit and installing it made me realize how barbaric wiping is now. If you get dirt, snot, spit, or any other substance on your skin you wash it but not the norm for one substance. Overall use of the unit is as expected. Great product for the price.

Must-have Device
The Luxe Neo 320 works, and works well. Installation is easy and operation is trouble-free. The Neo 320 is stylish but not obtrusive. It blends in so well, in fact, that you'll forget it's even there...that is, until your next trip to the "oval office". Note that I'm still waiting to hear back from Luxe on my offer to make it fly off the shelves even faster than it does.

[Incentivized Review] Warm or Cold Water
This bidet is great. It has two cleansing spigots. One for the feminine area, and one for the rear. I love that this model hooks up to your sink hot and cold pipes. Having warm water in the spray units is very nice, especially in the winter time. This bidet was easy to install. It comes with an instruction pamphlet and the tools necessary for installation.

Great product, everyone wants one
Purchased my first Luxe Bidet after an all male conversation in fish camp, you have to imagine all the snickering and remarks going on in the cabin. That was 5 years ago and since then I have installed / upgraded in that every toilet in my house and garage has a Luxe Bidet. It now seems that anyone that has purposely or accidentally experienced my bidet has installed or wants one installed.

Seat has issue after installation
I really wanted to like it. I spent a long time searching for a bidet and finally found this one, thinking it would be a great fit based on the price and reviews. I ordered two of these bidets several months ago. However, I had a lot of trouble installing it, even after watching many YouTube videos. I eventually asked a friend who is a handyman to help me with the installation, but we still encountered the same issue. In the end, I had no choice but to return it.

Great, but full pressure is intense
Installation was super easy, and having this bidet has been a game changer. I love knowing that cleanliness is always available. Ordering was easy. The only thing that isn’t great is the water response to the handle can be too full power and either splash where you don’t want or be too forceful of pressure. I wish this were rectified in the original design.

Easily installed-I don't mind the
Easily installed-I don't mind the cold water as it is refreshing! I bought this for me but my husband LOVES this (won't go to bathroom anywhere but home and says he has NEVER felt cleaner.) This Neo 320 is holding up very well as it gets used daily and I have had mine over 1 year with NO problems! It has even held up to the grandkids messing around with it! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

The Luxe Bidet Neo 320 is my new favorite gadget. This bidet is amazing. It has both hot and cold water so you can achievethe perfecttemperature. It is very sleek and not gaudy looking. You get everything you need to install the bidet in the box. It is very easy to install. I love that it cuts down on toilet paper consumption and saves me money.
