I would give it a 5 if it was offered with a dial on water flow. I love, love, love it, but I have caught my clothes a couple times as I got up and was rudely given a shot of cold water on my clothed butt. I am a heavy person, so my sweaters and tops can get to the controls. I am very careful now. I have found once that the arm had raised a little bit so the water was left dribbling. I love, love, love it, but I have caught my clothes a couple times as I got up and was rudely given a shot of cold water on my clothed butt. I am a heavy person, so my sweaters and tops can get to the controls. I am very careful now. I have found once that the arm had raised a little bit so the water was left dribbling. We are on well water, so not a big deal, but for those paying for water it might be an issue. I check better now to be sure it closes completely and my tops or sweaters don't snag it. It would be awesome if it had a remote. I find the unit also slides back a fraction of an inch and so I check and realign. I don't want to screw down any tighter as I have a new toilet coming. I thought I would try a rubber washer to make sure it doesn't slide back. We haven't hooked up the hot water on the first one as we are doing bathroom renos and the water isn't as cold as I thought it would be. I imagine come -30ºC I will want to get it done. The length of hot water hose is perfect for our main washroom, but I think I will have to find about 15' of hose for the ensuite toilet. I sound like I have more issues but I really am pleased with the Neo 320. I recommend to anyone who wants to save money on TP and to feel clean.  Read Less
